All food items are through the roof ridiculously priced. I understand inflation and all but this store is a joke. All food is roughly 1 and a half times the price of the exact same products at every other bp in mackay. $5.50 for a Lasagne topper. $3.30 at other bp's. $9.50 for a sandwich. $6.95 at every other bp. Disgusting

Great fuel, good shop and friendly staff

BP app hardly ever works here. The map shows the BP station north of where it actually is and gives directions to drive there even though you’re already at the bowser. Should be a simple solution of simply relocating the icon on the map. I’ve spoken to 3 different people from BP but none of them give a stuff. Even one lady who blatantly lied about moving the icon while she was on the phone with me. The manager/staff from the store have also spoken to BP and tell me that BP don’t care and won’t do anything about it. I used to go out of my way to fill up at BP but now I try and go to AMPOL, their stuff actually works properly. What BP don’t understand is that the app is really helpful/important if you can’t get your baby and youngkids out the car to pay after filling up. And in case BP are wondering, my iPhone/app has worked at every other BP store that I’ve tried (across 4 states). The problem is not my phone.
