Fast shipping as it arrived In 3 days. 100% happy with the external condition the iPhone arrived in. Internals are also in good condition, with battery at 86%. Would certainly buy from them again when promos are available.

WOW, talk about excellent customer experience. I have bought refurbished phones before, however, this is first time with Green Gadgets, and it will not be my last. I had my phone within less than 24 hours from Sydney to Brisbane. I did pay for express, and so glad I did. The Samsung S10 Note plus is a great upgrade for me. My experience is solely based on mac book air early 2015 which I bought from green gadget it did have a big dent as well on the side of the body I bought it on 12 Dec 21 it died on 15 March 23 with no repair options.Paid $500 for 1 year of usage excluding school holidays buy new as there are interest free and buy now pay later options.May be they are good for used phones but definitely won’t be recommending for laptop

Got a phone from here through Amazon. A great Phone with very nice after sales service. Thank you guys. Some negative reviews just made me laugh. Complaining about something not even at sellers fault. Like those buyers did something to the phone, carelessly using or broke it then try to blame on seller. I think I found where I can trust and buy second hand device from now on.

Ordered a fleet of 8th Gen IiPads. One of them had a screen defect, started RMA process and it has taken months. Couldn't provide a replacement unit so just sent a refund without consulting me or giving me options. Terrible option as a business. Would not recommend.

I do not recommend them, very unprofessional. After purchasing a phone from them, it arrived with a dead battery. I had to send it back, only to be told that they no longer had any in stock. Despite this, I decided to trust them again and purchased a MacBook with express delivery service, which I paid $10 for and was supposed to arrive in 3 days. It has been 7 days now, and I still haven't received anything. So, I advise against using their express delivery service as they use the same delivery method as standard delivery."

Spent $580 on an 'As new' samsung note. Lucky if battery lasts 6 hours on a full charge with limited use. Customer service provided no assistance.

Save your money stay away too hard to get a refund when your phone stops working..... and it will. I bought two, one doesn't work at all the other is slowly dying. Too hard to deal with. Still no refund....??

Ordered a refurbished iPad Mini 4 and was delivered in about a week. Within days it became obvious there was a problem. After consulting with GG and Apple after spending much time troubleshooting, I had to return the iPad. Return was accepted freely, however no replacement was available so GG refunded price in full. I re-ordered & paid for a replacement from existing stock with iPad Mini 5. After 3 days I was informed the ordered unit was out of stock. A further refund was given. Overall disappointing. After over 4 mths I was still short on what I needed. I have reverted to Apple, who had me a refurbished iPad Mini 5 within 3 days. Cost was marginally more, but got what I needed. Sorry GG - good intentions, poor quality control and poor inventory control.
