I bought a refurbished phone from the shop. I live in the Gold coast full stop it then came up I need to update I updated my phone and it has a work since coming up errors I do not recommend shopping at this store as I have asked for a response and they have told me this is that my fault I have taken it to another dealer and they have told me that that is the problem of the store I bought it off so much for reboot refurbished. Not happy would not shop there ever again

I put both of my daughters phones in to get new screens and when they weren't able to be fixed in the timeframe given, my daughters were allowed to choose a pop socket. Great communication. I will be going back there for sure.

I have had numerous dealings with this store over the past 4yrs I found Angie very helpful in helping me with the biggest things down to the smallest ones.Allways curtesy and respect for my 80 yrs of age and me not allways understanding technology she has taken time to show me a lot of thingsI would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family
