I did the Eco Tourism Course and loved it. Any questions I had were answered instantly and the tutors are so fabulous. Really helpful and supportive. A very interesting course and I learned a lot. Thanks to all the staff at Learning Cloud.

I'm onto my third course with Learning Cloud and could not be happier. The tutors are great and everyone on the team are quick at responding to any questions that I have. I dealt with Josie, who is such a sweetheart, and has gone above and beyond to help me with all my needs. Couldn't be happier.

Stay away from Learning CloudTried to contact learning cloud serval times and no one answers the phone and when they did I was told I would be contacted back and wasn’t!I paid in full for the course and yet I haven’t completed not one assignment as I was told there would be video tutorials and class guidance for the photography course and there hasn’t been when I was explained before signing up that I learn visually not by reading paperwork due to my dyslexia and they said thats fine there is videos which you can learn from which was a complete lie! They refuse to refund me Even though I haven’t completed a single assignment.They told my money when no part of the course has been completed and won’t even partially refund me!Worse company! And I would never Never recommend them to anyone!They should be supporting people and their students with their learning difficulty’s when they said they would provide videos with information I needed to learn but failed to do this and lied about!Unprofessional company and only interesting in taking peoples money!This has course or lack of course has caused nothing but anxiety and stress which they do not seem to care about!If you are looking at doing a course with learning cloud, I would go else where!!!

I enrolled in Diploma for Cabin Crew through learning cloud to pursue my long term dream job!From the very first call I made to enquire about the course right through to completion and applying for positions in the aviation industry, i was assisted and supported throughout my journey by my course coach (josie) and the rest of the team at learning cloud.I am so very grateful to all at Learning cloud for my wonderful experience and highly recommend the school to anyone wanting to enter into the industry.Thank you so much to all at learning cloud

Wish I could get a notification everytime someone wants to sign up for their floristry course so I can let them know not to fall for the obvious scam of a sales phone call they’re about to immediately receive from Learning Cloud. I have contacted them various times to cancel my enrolment as I am unemployed and currently looking after my terminally ill father, but all I get back is that the cool down period to change your mind about the course is 7 days ( well before your incredibly basic and easily google-able supplies arrive). Ive never submitted a single assignment, and no one has checked in with me to see how I’m going; I did however receive a text on my birthday recently that wished me “cake and champagne” which is BRILLIANT considering I’m literally a recovering alcoholic. I’ve now also received multiple emails that they’re going to “take legal action to recover the debt”, Which is terrifying considering I literally do not have the means to pay. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

I'm 67 and enrolled in the aqua fitness teaching course. At first it was a bit daunting, one aspect of the course was not explained fully on enrollment. The assignments are explained well and you work on your course work at your own pace. I started mid August and have taken 3 months. I enjoyed the course and support was provided from the faculty when I needed it. Encouragement all the way through. I'm just about to submit my final assignment!

I am a Veterinary Nurse with a focus on Wildlife Nursing and after I qualified, I wanted to extend my studies with as much training and information that I could.I was interested in completing the Medical Terminology online course and contacted Learning Cloud for information. The moment I joined the chat with Sarah, I found her to be extremely efficient and helpful and I was impressed with how the facility ensures if this particular course would be helpful to my career. Sarah was lovely and I never felt pressurised, in any way, to make a decision there and then. But since I was impressed as to what the course content offered me, I did enroll immediately.I can honestly say, without reservation, that this course was the most professionally structured and facilitated course that I have taken.
