I don’t think they are professional enough. Use thin hanger to hang my sweater. Messed up my white coat with colors, and said it was my coat quality issue. Even, I wasn't given any refund for that coat. I won't go there anymore. Too disappointing

Ironing not done properly. Still large creases on every shirt. If you pay someone to do your ironing it's because you either don't have time or want it done better than you can do it yourself. Now I have to do it again myself.
