thank you for replying. I have upgraded the star number for your service. But I was in your store many times over those 9 months and tried everything that was advised to no avail. there is algae as I have a broken cleaner that has been broken for 9 months and has not cleaned my pool sufficiently for 9 months as it is defective and the place I purchased it ..'your store' has refused to refund me for it so I can get a cleaner that works and have a clean pool.

Went to Wishart with pool pump to get a quote was told will send away to get quote and let us know. Went back to store and advised had to pay $60 for quote then another $20 to get pool pump back. I advised Murdoch that nothing was said about fees when pump was dropped off. I refused to pay $20 so advised him to give me the number of person holding my pump so I could collect this rang company and said had authority to dispose of it said no I want it back and I will collect said would ring back as was in pieces I advised that I wanted it back the way it was given to them. People say do not use big companies use your local people as they are struggling you use local people then they rip you off like this. So I say do not use these people unless you have everything in writing or ask questions .

I purchased a home about 9 months ago with a pool and I did not know anything about pool maintenance. The JC pool service team (Matthew, Chris and Sean) with great patience explained how everything worked, gave me pool care tips, taught me proper chemical balance and even things to look for to prevent future problems. Exceptional service, advice and product knowledge.I would like comment especially on Mathew. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and sincere with his advice. He is friendly and professional. With his advice I was able to fix many issues (extra calcium deposits, water clarity, changing my cleaner etc) in my pool. My pool is now very clean, and the water clarity has improved a lot.

Friendly service and always very helpful.Downgraded to 3 stars as I was left dissapointed after I was recommended the 'Pool Leak Specialist' who left me hundreds out of pocket, with unreturned calls and still with a pool leak.I had to get a second company to fix the leak.

He and his wife are extremely helpful and always go above and beyond for customer service.Highly recommend Swim7. Thanks Scott.I love the fact that you'll sell me a Kreepy Krauly" skirt/seal for my old "Barracuda" cleaner just because you know the proper one stops the cleaner crawling up the sides of my pool for some bizarre reason. Fantastic."

These guys are great. You get real advice - both pros and cons of various equipment - and they care about customer service. I recently purchased a Zodiac AX10 to replace the creeper, and it works great so far. I'm really happy with what this shop offers and they way they go about their business.

My cleaner kept taking the light off my pool wall, the tech came out and slowed it down for me and explained to me why they did that. The cleaner still cleans the pool very well. In the end they didn't charge me for it and the problem is fixed.
