This is the second time I've gone to get coffee from them and it has turn out to be rubbish. They really need to train their friendly staff how to make the good coffee they claim to have.

Went through drive through for a chocolate frappe. Was asked to park, i asked why when its just 1 drink. The lady said it was dropped. I went and parked, waited for 10 minutes and then drove back through the drive through to say iv been waiting for 10 mins and still dont have my drink. They then gave me my drink, as i drove off i tasted it and it was coffee, not chocolate. I called the store and they said they will refund or replace it but they didnt mention that i would get served with some major attitude from the kid that was working the window. I went back to get a refund and as she opened the window she said yep"

Poor customer serviceThey can’t even get order instructions right. I was given the wrong meal twice and they didn’t even apologise. They finally got it right and when I got home the food was burnt and poorly presented like it’s for animals. It’s pathetic.

Exceptional! Ordered delivery and got what I needed and the nuggets were fresh so were the fries. Got my sauces. Don’t forget the straws though but pretty good.

Tried to give us ice cream after it had been sitting there for 5 mins all melted on the cone, after 20 minutes, 4 out of 9 of us threw up. Think it was the ice cream as thats all what we had.

Ordered 40 nuggets, drink, sundae and hashbrowns via door dash.30 minutes later we got the order... drink and sundae were both spilt in the bag. Okay it happens, that's life. Ate hashbrown. It was okay. But colder than I'd like but generally just a mediocre item.HERE'S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING.Took a bite out of a nugget and it smelled and tasted like off chicken. Like dirty gym socks meets parmesean cheese.Called the store and spoke to a female manager and her response was yeah the nuggets were probably sitting out for a while".Offered no apology
