While Emma worked hard to fix our experience unfortunately we had the following issuesALL skirting boards in house badly damaged on inlay of carpet and plank flooring - this was fixed by a painter at Renonovators expensePlanks sitting up enough to wack your toes badly and gaps of up to 20 mil between planks on a step and the wall when asked to repair these issues they where just filled with non colour matching and very badly applied siliconeMAKE SURE YOUR HOME FOR INSTALL!!! unfortunately we could not be there for install and had we been able to be around the layer would have been stopped in the first room before he managed to damage literally every skirting board in the house and other issues would have been pulled up before they became problemsoverall a very disappointing and costly experience definitely will NOT be a repeat customer
