The guy behind the counter was super nice! But the smell of the chicken shop is suffocating in the small space. Unfortunately it’s not the smell of the chicken but old oil. The oil definitely needs changing or the deep fryer given a hard clean because it absolutely reeks.

Went into Foodworks on Tuesday about 6pm to buy firelighters. To young kids working, an older teenager who was clearly over his younger mate constantly eating and told him so.Found what I needed, came out of one the isles and sprung the younger one eating a piece of chicken and then throwing it back in the Bain Marie with all the other food.Completely gob smacked I said to the older one that was discussing and I’ll never be back.Pick up your gain Foodworks,,,,, Hygiene is paramount you idiots. Why are children unsupervised in a convenient store.Never never going back………………

Does the job, as you'd expect a limited variety of items at a higher price. Excellent and friendly staff. Conveniently located in a small shopping strip with a chemist etc.

Unfortunately this store ends up feeling like a camping ground 'convenience' store... dated and pricey. This is possibly not entirely their fault. They are providing a service in a remote location, in fact if you dont know where it is you probably won't find it.It is a small store and they cram in all the essentials which while helpful leads to a cluttered and poorly laid out store. The lighting is dim. There is a butcher nearby for your meat requirements and a pharmacy next door so a level of convenience is achieved with a little help from ones neighbours. There always seems to be a few locals around so I would imagine the staff to be friendly when approached and the alternatives in the area to be in a similar position.

Always love going to food works eagle heights to check out what’s in the hotbox, they have some of the worlds best chicken. Not those little pigeons you get some other places, but the real big chickaroos. There world famous wing dings are great too and it’s fun to see if u can eat the whole thing in one go.They also use plenty of chicken salt on your large chips which is the way it’s gotta be!It’s magnificent
