After having a terrible experience at another local computer place I reluctantly took my computer to this computer shop.I have been blown away by the customer service. They kept me up to date the whole time, they actually fixed the problem and all within a week of making the first phone call to them. And it didn’t cost me a fortune.I have found my computer place I won’t ever go anywhere else again.

Very happy we decided to engage Technitune to sort out our network issues. Ollie was such a pleasure to deal with over the phone each time, and Trent is not only extremely good at sorting out the technical issues (and there were ALOT he fixed), but he also gave us a follow up call to see how we were getting on with the internet provider, and also gave us great recommendations on how to improve our current setup. Communication was AAA++++. We are lucky to have found this team and they are definitely our first choice. Thanks guys!

Very helpful team. Had keyboard issues with my work laptop dropped into the office and one of the techs fixed the problem right there with only a small fee. Quick friendly service saved a lot of issues for me on the day.

I was passing through town, and had an issue with my laptop which is crucial to my business. I took it into Technitune and Felicity was amazing. Fixed the initial problem in 5 minutes flat then went about fixing those niggling issues I had been putting up with for months. Highly recommend!
