Order took 30 minutes to arrive when there was absolutely no-one else in the store with 3 staff members standing around talking. When the food arrived less one childrens burger the adult burger and chips were cold and the children nuggets hard, cold and overcooked. 40 minutes later we went to enquire about the missing children's burger. It was found on the counter, hard and cold in its box, Granddaughter could not eat it. Absolutely disgraceful experience. Definitely some staff training needed.

Super friendly staff, which is a great trait of most Grilld’s I’ve been to. The team were super accomodating with the kids & our dietary requirements & even helped me recover my Relish account I’d tried before myself with no success. It’s pretty hard to beat Grill’d for consistency, quality & healthy food that’s fast.

One of the better Grill’ds I’ve been to. Location was good with nice views from the seating area. We got the burger with some chips. Apparently the colouring pages aren’t for 40 year olds…….what the actual heck, Molly. No need to be rude about it.

We were a large group of people (8 people). With one kid.Kid meal was so good, and with a picture to paint.Vegetarian choices were so good.The 3 types of chips, it's a nice recommendation, fantastic!The Wagyu burger had not a lot of flavour, but it was not bad at all

Quite tasty food. The hot burger was actually hot. Well done. The place is in the mall, so not really great for atmosphere. Good service
