Chemist Warehouse Home Focus Pimpama
Really slow service at the chemist on two occasions even though there weren't any other customers, staff weren't friendly at all, and my medication was labelled incorrectly, the directions meant for the pharmisist were on display stating directions for use so I followed these directions which werent meant for the customer and only meant for pharmacist, i ended up having to pay for replacement bottle due to their mistake, also the BBox straws were advertised at $3.99 they were also on the shelf with the label, however at checkout they didn't honour the advertised price. Bit of a shame for a new store

Chemist Warehouse Home Focus Pimpama
Parking is insufficient and spaces are too small even for a mid sized car. Chemist is big, which is good, so a big range of products. 4 visits to this store since it opened and the customer service is not improving. The young women behind the cashier counters are so unfriendly, they are immature and act like you're interrupting their conversation. They lack the warmth and cheerfulness you're meant to have in this kind of work. Even to just be happy for yourself you will make the day go faster.
