Needed a key cut for work, went in and waited at the counter. There was a young bloke outside helping a customer with a vehicle key which is fair enough if he was the only locksmith on hand, but what irked me was two people in the office off the side of the service counter who didn't bother to come out and advise that someone would be with me eventually. Gave up after 10 minutes and went to Bunnings.

Really enjoyed the professional and personal service I received at SLS, thanks guys. Needed some keys cut for my folks in Bunbury, I would imagine I am not the highest paying customer (considering I only some keys cut) but the team treated me as a priority and were happy to sort me out - I was on my way again in 10 minutes. We'll be back guys, thank you again.

SLS Were engaged to install a home security system in our home. We gave them every opportunity to rectify the issues and they didn't. Customer service is poor at best. All possible assistance short of actual help. Absolute rubbish and I wish there was a zero star option" because that is all they are worth. Recently had a number of locks rekeyed, mortise rollers installed and replacement of night latch. Powder coating of products to black, etc. Perfect service provided by Aaron from start to finish. We had previously had a quote provided by another major locksmith service in Bunbury and they seemed baffled by the job and actually found reasons why parts of the job could not be done.Aaron from Southern Lock & Security however listened and said it was quite standard based on his experience and in his opinion. Aaron has a great customer manner and is interested in doing a great job. Aaron sourced products to meet the job requirements and paid attention to sourcing nice stylish products such as the night latch for our home which is federation style.In summary - very professional and seamless service from quoting, through to installation and invoicing.Would happily be a repeat customer.
