I cannot recommend this company enough - the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. I had my car towed by them after a horrible car accident. Geoff Steer (the owner) is a lovely man. I was organising for my car to be sent to the scrap yard and he helped me find someone that could offer me a better price for my car. I am eternally grateful. Thank you!!

Had an issue with brakes failing on our work boat Trailer. Geoff, Mitch and Johnny had excellent customer service and equipment to arrange our tailer/boat (8.5m long x 3.6m high) to get back to our home base back on the south coast. Highly recommend and very professional!

We broke down on the M1 while returning to Brisbane. Although having top automotive club coverage (RACQ) the local NRMA gave us the run-around and wouldn't assist us due to covid restrictions"... One call to Geoff Steer towing and Mitchell had us and our car picked up and safely removed from the busy motorway. Mitchell then called the RACQ on our behalf to ensure that his service would be charged directly to the insurer.Mitchell also arranged for our car to be transferred back up to Brisbane and delivered to my local mechanic - it arrived less than 24 hours after we did.Mitchell was fast and professional

I had to have my car towed on a Saturday morning. By the time I managed to get to booking the tow, I was nowhere near the car. The team organised the tow, let me know about how long before they would get to me and what the cost would be. Then they collected the keys, collected the car and then dropped the car off at the service station (even sending a photo of it neatly delivered). They turned a very challenging situation into a stress free experience. Can’t recommend them enough!

Called these guys to come out and collect a 12m long bus from the Hunter Expressway for me after a breakdown, they got out there immediately, got the job done quickly. The price was completely reasonable and the driver was very friendly! I will be using them again and I highly recommend!
