After multiple online chats and calls to call centres were unable to assist with a Smart Home issue, dropped by Telstra Eastland to get it sorted. The Concierge advised the wait time was over 1 hour so booked an appointment online. Arrived as requested 5 minutes prior and still had to wait a further 20 minutes.Importantly, the Consultant was very helpful and with access to the right systems was able to resolve the issue.It's certainly a busy Telstra store, so save some time and book an appointment online.

Great experience asked to get a protecter on my phone said sure but probably won’t be the best job and I said sure that’s fine so great staff was greeted by a young lady with blond hair better then hi touch mobile which refused it

The store so called manger is absolutely don’t know anything and provides no service after sales and lies all the time changing colour in a second. Purchased nighthawk 6 pro at $650 on 25/11/2022, went to store the next day because the modem is not operating without a battery even the instruction says it should when tethering or even on wifi with AC power attached. She played with it (knowing nothing about simple IT or any knowledge of technology) and told me to talk to Netgear because she doesn’t know how to resolve it and she told me it’s Netgear issue. Talked to Netgear and Telstra online they both said it’s store issue and this items is allocated SKU to the store and I need to ask the store to get it refund or replaced. Went to the same store today on 15/12/2022 and after dealing with her lots of BS, she changed story saying she tested previously in front of me without the battery and it was working fine, which is another lie again. She refused to replace or refund it and she refused to give her manger phone number for me to make the complaint. Have to now make a complaint on Telstra online and request for a refund. Obviously Telstra management themselves are crook to allow such crook to operate at the store waiting customers time, money and make so much inconveniences and angst for customer. This is a total scam. PLEASE AVOID GOING THERE. See lots of negative comedy and feedback on the same store I also can see and read. What does that tell you!!!!???

Very few iPhones in stock (fair enough as it was the end of a sale) but told to wait an hour but ended up waiting two with no phone call. The staff greeting people failed to ask what I wanted. Had we known there was no stock we wouldn’t have had to wait two hours for nothing. Not great service.

The customer service at Telstra Eastland is literally PATHETIC. literally PATHETIC and I don’t want any explanation from the authorities. I was there today to get two phones on an installment basis. I got the phones however, one of the cell phones did not get activated from my old iphone. I went there back again leaving behind my work with a hope that the staff would be of some help. They did respond to me and promised to make an appointment with the manager but I was kept waiting for almost about an hour but the manager didn’t feel its the obligation to look into the issue or was not communicated by the staff member. This is the worst response in any corporate culture. I regret getting phone from the Telstra Ringwood. I am not blaming the company but the response I got was PATHETIC. Hope others won’t get such offensive experience……

Well went into the store at Eastland at 10:20 am at a time when the store was virtually empty, and was told the availability to talk to someone was in 1.5 hours? When I asked if I could book a time for first thing the next morning, I was told that they don't take next day bookings, and to just turn up? I find this style of customer service to be really poor. A long time customer of Telstra, I think this is the final straw for me. This isn't the first time I've received (available in 1.5 hours) this message. Just really disappointed in a brand that manages instore customer service so badly..

If the staff here were interested in serving customers instead of chatting amongst themselves, it would be a much better store and a better experience for everyone. After 3 minutes of waiting, I walked out and went next door to Optus and got served immediately. Telstra Ringwood has just lost another customer and another sale, whilst Optus gained one.

Had an issue with my phone thinking it was kaput but Boris easily fixed it then proceeded to cut my & my wife's yearly bill in half before selling us a product that cost $0 by using our Telstra points. Great service Boris and thanks for reassuring us older people with such modern tech stuff.

I was a customer of the 'YES' brand for over 25 years until recently. An in store experience next door with their (da)mager,an official complaint,then the handling of it led to a swift cancellation of all services.This week Finn (a new employee) helped me switching to Telstra. He was knowledgeable and ready to assist.Two days later I needed some technical assistance transferring data from my old phone. Boris greeted me and said that if I took a seat he would walk me through the process, but it would take a little time as he was greeting customers to the store,serving,making appointments, the lot.In between everyone he served he regularly returned to me and continued with his assistance and advice on managing the new phone's settings in data transferring. I was there over an hour but walked away with the job all done and really appreciating the assistance given by Boris in a hectic part of the day. A 1 service and attitude. A very pleasing week dealing with you, and trust for many years ahead.assistance with assistance I
