Lake Eppalock Holiday Park

It's bogan and looks tired.Turned up expecting to pitch a tent on a grasses unpowered area as depicted on the website but it's just dry hard clay suitable for vehicles only. The website advertises unpowered sites at $20 for one night for one adult but I was charged $35. It wasn't a public holiday or any other peak period. I couldn't check the website at the time as I couldn't get a signal for my mobile. In the end I decided not to stay an left 15minutes after arriving.I sent an email asking about their pricing but never received a reply.Look for other alternatives.

Our family and extended family have had a wonderful start to the year at the park. Lisa and Peter have gone above and beyond this year at LEHP. We love the full lake and abundant activities.

A happy place on the waters edge amongst the gum trees. We often stay here overnights, long weekends and school holidays. Just a good old school caravan park with great amenities and plenty of accommodation options. Great staff.

We have been in our on-site caravan for thirty three years now and love staying there, lots to do cinema, petting zoo, jumping pillow and pool apart from the lake for water sports are just some of the things you can do.

One of the hidden and peaceful place to do glamping near to Melbourne. Just 1 hour drive… under the stars it’s is my favourite place to be. A perfect time to reflect our blessings and seek out ways to make life better for those around us.Real value for money and amazing host. Will definitely go there again and again.

Well equipped park, good for family, lots of activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. I just don't like the scenery overthere. The water in the lake quite muddy, lots and lots of flies, ants and spiders. The water in the sharing toilet is yellow (may be it is a peak time)And No phone signal and internet at all (me and my friend use Optus and Vodafone) even you want to call the staff at the camp for emergency, walk only lol

I’m a female who camped by myself on a non powered site by the lake shore and it was a great experience. The staff were very kind and caring and went out of their way to help anyway they could. I ordered fire wood which they dropped off to my site. It was easy to order food, I rang the kiosk and put my order in and it was ready to pick up a time that suited me. A few of the staff members came around at night and gave out complimentary hot jam donuts and had a chat with people staying in the park. Shout out to Sandy who was great from start to finish with her service. I highly recommend this caravan park and I’ll 100% be going back to stay again.
