They try to be helpful but some of their approach can be rude and quite insulting. Especially when the wife says your an idiot to do an online course then asks her clients to agree with her.

Poor Customer Service delivered with a Condescending attitude.Rather than add a payment option to their internet shopping website, this business takes your order online, then proceeds to call you for your credit card details, they then 'Store' your credit card details on an inhouse computer for further use on future purchases, alongside the cardholders name, address and phone number, and they don't recognise this as a security risk.They also get very annoyed if questioned or educated on the risk this poses to their customers.If you don't want your banking security and personal identity compromised, then I highly suggest you make an informed decision when contemplating doing business here.

Very rude female owner. She lost her temper at me as I wanted to buy nail products to practice on myself at home while learning online. Very condescending. Her husband was kind but Id never set foot in the place again.

Went in to this business as they advertised as being a nail supplies store and my niece is doing a course on the other side of town (currently learning hard gel) and struggling to afford a few things. Owner bagged all other nail courses pushed to buy things that were not on the list I was baffled into a drill bit advising the med safety bit on her list was no good etc etc sold me a very corse bit over $60. Pushed a cuticle tool I didn’t ask for and insisted on giving me all paperwork for their course stating she should leave her course and travel to this one ???? (Yes throw away the money spent already and repay for this very expensive course in a tiny hole in the wall elbow to elbow. my niece had her teacher tell her to never use that bit for gel too harsh so wasted over $60 on that. I would not allow my dog to have its nails done here, certainly would not spend thousands in a course there. Never again, neither charming or nice people, all I saw was a over primped money grabber should have left before purchasing anything but I didn’t want to be rude

John is extremely kind and has extensive knowledge about his products absolutely love his acrylics and Mortimer cannot recommend his products more!

DON'T TAKE OFFENCE....Love that you don't agree with online nail certification Nancy. Hands on classroom experience is a must, the amount of experience gained every week by doing real hands on work can't be overlooked if you want to have a solid foundation and get quality products for professionals that stand behind their brands. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone, I felt he was very rude when answering my questions about stock, it really deterred me from going there to buy a completely new set up for myself. They lost a massive order from me because of the service. I can’t comment on the products or store but the customer service was extremely disappointing.

I've never left a store feeling as insulted as I did than when I left Brisbane Nail Supplies today. I'm studying Nail Technology online so wanted to browse the supply stores around Brisbane to see what was available to me. I was browsing the products on display when an older man came up to me to ask if I needed help. I told him I was just taking a look and then was berated by questions that just left me feeling insulted. I was shamed for studying online and also advised that I couldn't afford" one-on-one lessons by the tech who was working in the shop (which I did not ask for). It seems this store has a very clear agenda of shaming those who study online
