Robina Therapy

So upset..Seeing Shaun he was a good therapist. I saw him about 4 times $150 per session. I ring for my next appointment to be told he is leaving going overseas. That's wonderful BUT what about notifying your clients who come to you for help..no warning, no nothing. I spent money I did not have to see you. Now I ring and you are moving on...Hope you feel good. I am having difficulty because of this... Not professional at all. Think about your customers they pay the bills leave them up in the air, can he imagine how we feel. I think not..

I had ISTDP at Robina Therapy with Dr Lakmi Serevirantne. The therapy was recommended by another psychologist at the site. I was never introduced to her, the procedure was not explained, a rapport was not established and a history was not taken. She was combative, forceful and at no time empathetic. A disgusting display of greed. I was charged prior to the service. I left feeling depressed, stressed and very aggrieved. I made a complaint and it took over week before anyone returned my call. At this stage I was refused access to any other pyschologist. An abhorrent way to run a business especially for someone who has lost their children and has a husband who suffers from PTSD. Avoid at all costs.

Pejman has helped me immensely throughout our therapeutic relationship. I deeply appreciate the work we have done together. He provides a safe environment and encourages self-empowerment. I am so grateful for the place I am now in. I respond well to his treatment approach, coming from someone who has seen previous therapists.Additionally, Sandy the receptionist is a legend. Very lovely and has been so accomodating when I have needed to be seen sooner than scheduled. Would definitely recommend this practice.
