First Choice Couriers - Nowra

Pretty poor customer service ,they attempted to deliver a parcel on monday and were not able to deliver as no one at home to sign .When i got home in the afternoon i immediately rang the number supplied on the card left and arranged a re delivery also autorised them to leave in a safe place , i was told it would be a redelivery the next day . By Wednesday still no package , by friday still no package ! It took 7 days to re deliver the parcell .I tried contacting the company by phone multiple times during buisness hours . Sometimes i got through . But multiple times my call went straight to a message stating the office was closed , even though i had rang during their stated buisness hours. The staff member who i spoke to was actually very polite . But delivery timing is pretty poor .First choice couriers would not be my first choice.Tracking number ofCpbzl5c5144317

Driver from Batemans Bay repeatedly tried to deliver to wrong address (it's not that hard in a small town) and then a redirection added another two days... still waiting, hopeless.

Helped me out enormously with a complicated delivery and were amazing in dealing with a problem on the other end. Will 100% use them again!
