Johnny is amazing at what he does and takes pride in his craft. Don’t think I’ve ever had a barber meticulously pay this much attention to a fade before but the results speak for themselves.Took my son there as well for a haircut and Johnny was very patient throughout the process talked through different styling options to suit.Highly recommend and worth the wait but be sure to book online.

Customer service is unprofessional in regards to walk ins and online booking. It is a common trend that is happening too frequently and there have been no changes or improvement in this area.Walk in customers ( most likely new customers) can wait for hours thinking they are next in line unaware that there is a online booking service available to them. Unaware because there is no communication from the staff. Walk ins are not told what the wait is like when they walk in to see an empty barber OR even hey make a booking online real quick to secure your spot" OR "did you know we offer a booking service online?"It's a great convenience but not when walk ins have to sit for hours 2 or 3 hours watching people jump in the chair before them and have no clue why.Some ideas...make a clear sign that online booking is available and that they are prioritised. Make it known! Put it on social media.I am not saying the cuts are bad. They are fire. The service could be better and this is feedback for some changes."

Waited patiently over an hour today to get my haircut. A women with her two kids arrived way after and complained it was taking too long so the barber rudely cut her sons hair ahead of people who had been waiting. That decision resulted in two clients who had been waiting over an hour to immediately walk out. That extremely rude lady should have been made to wait patiently like everyone else or told she could come back another time. This was very poor service and extremely rude!!!The barber said nothing, no apology nothing.I would not recommend going here. What is the point of patiently waiting if people arrive only to be pushed in front of you.

We took a youngest son for his first haircut.. Johnny is absolutely fantastic, really takes the time to make it perfect. So much love for what he does which 100% shows at the end of the haircut,

Johnny is an absolute legend. He'll put his best effort to make your cut look amazing, detail by detail. Had my best buzz cut earlier, can't say anything else.Make sure to have a booking too, no more walk-ins allowed as he's simply locked in to his zone while makin' us look fresh!

Johnny messed me up so bad that I had to go to another barber to fix my cut. Didn't listen to how I wanted my hair and beard done and was left with a bloody neck. So now im guessing I'd need a few weeks to grow up my messed up hairline (which I told you not to touch) and beard (which I had to shave off). At the end, he asked, Are you happy?" Here's your answer buddy."

Barber shop running by people highly unprofessional, uncivilized and unaware of basic human values, and Australian culture.Today took my son, 13 years , for hair cut at his insistence. Me and wife waited outside for 3.5 hours patiently, meanwhile I had the urge to use the restroom immediately, went to the shopping centre across the road. However, the shutter of the public toilet there was pulled down. Came back to the barber shop, told him my son is in the barber shop and asked for toilet key, the male barber told you can't use it as it is only for customers. Told him the public toilet closed hence asked key. He was adamant and said management instructed no one except on chair for cutting hair are permitted to use toilet.As parents we took our under aged son to haircut and pay from our pocket. He is not independent, still under our care and support. We are real customers, not our son in stricter sense.In Australia, I never ever heard such kind of 'barberic' definition for the term ,Customer , earlier.This is an alert for parents wish to take their children to this barbershop.

Best barber in town! Took my 3 boys in for hair cuts and they look amazing! They take their time and do a fantastic job! Dont know why i never came here before! Will definitely be back and this is now our go to barber. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

I would never recommend anyone (even my worst enemy) to attend this barbershop. From personal experience, the owner lacks basic time management skills, is unprofessional, has very poor communication and organizational skills. The limited amount of staff members will have you waiting almost 3 hours for a basic hair cut. Prices for simple hair cuts are absolutely ridiculous. Definitely overpriced and not worth it. Please save your money or go to a different barbershop, otherwise you're just wasting precious time.

Put some respect on Katrina's name. She gave the best service and haircut. Very proffesional and great overall vibes in the barber shop. The hair cut was crisp and they pay close attention to detail. 10/10 recommend and will definitely come back.
