Didn't look like the floors had been cleaned at all. I spot cleaned an area myself, and the carpet came up great (bottom of photo), so Im left not knowing what they actually did.The tech was 20 minutes late (that's ok, it happens) but was then incredibly rude to hubby on arrival. Huffed, and swore when he was asked to move his car as he had parked us in, and we couldn't leave (so we wouldn't be in his way).I tried calling the company contact number and left a voicemail about my concerns with the job done. I stated I have pictures comparing the techs' work to mine (an untrained person) and that it really wasn't ok. I got an automated text saying they would get back to me but never did, which is upsetting.

A call today received same day service for carpet stain removal that worked a treat. Josh very helpful and professional even doing our stairs that were not originally requested. Recommend unreservedly

Nick was amazing when we hired him to clean our carpets for an end of lease clean. He arrived early, was polite and very professional, and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable based on the conversations he had with his colleague. Our carpets looked so nice and clean when he was finished, and smelled amazing too. Nick showed me how much hair and debris he had removed from the carpet and it was unbelievable to see how much his machines were able to extract. Looks their skills on editing photos are better than carpet cleaning. Be careful of dodgy quote. real invoice could double or triple average market price

We had a bed that needed cleaning. They were able to make an appointment on the same day that I called. The bed came up beautifully.
