Kambah Capital Chemist are fantastic! All of the staff and particularly the pharmacists always make time to speak with me when I come in with a particular worry. Knowing they are there to help, either in store or on the other end of the phone gives me and my family great comfort. A true service to the community. Highly recommend.

We have had several wonderful experiences with the chemists here. They are really helpful and knowledgeable, including about pregnancy and breastfeeding. They have gone out of their way to help us, including delivering when we had covid and making urgent orders for our baby and continually following up with us. They offer a personalised and community minded service. We’re lucky to have them as our local chemist.

For all the good customer service they offer(mostly), they charge you a lot more on basics that you use regularly. Asthma puffers, $13.95 here but $5 cheaper at the chemist down the road. Med certs $38, but $25 down the road. Complete stooges. And have done for 20 years.

Both my mum and I have been visiting this chemist for over a decade now. The staff are absolutely amazing. Pharmacists know our extensive medical histories and are extremely helpful, patient and understanding. They are absolutely all over everything, super knowledgeable and professional and the loveliest ladies you’ll ever meet. Cathy and Olivia are angels in disguise. They are some of the biggest support in our lives. They live to help and are absolutely phenomenal at their jobs. Every single member of staff have been wonderful.

Cathy and her team at Capital Chemist Kambah are exceptional. The service they offer is outstanding and I always leave with a smile. They offer real old fashioned service and really care about you and your family. They also plan ahead to ensure you receive your medications when needed. Without doubt the best Chemist in the ACT (the whole of Australia!).

Cathy, and her staff, are always professional and friendly. Excellent service including additional suggestions to obtain difficult to find products. Today amongst store renovations, and a busy shopfront, they quickly and easily located stock including phoning other Capital Chemists. Highly recommend.

Have to agree with many other reviews here. The staff act more like police than they do as medical providers. I was given no help at all for my daughter who had a corn on her foot and was told that I’d need to see a doctor. Surely the doctor would just end up prescribing something and I’d be back at the pharmacy poorer for it.

I took my sick grandson in seeking some advice on natural cough medicines. Cathy and the girls were very helpful indeed and took the time to look at a range of products before recommending one which they thought would be best. A Very attentive and knowledgeable team.
