DMG Service Centre

During a visit to Darwin I had a problem with the electrical sytem of my car. Despite their busy schedule they found time to fix the problem and get me back on the road. Good job.

Booked appointment waited a month. Showed up day before, told I was a no show 1 month ago which was a mistake on their end. Rebooked in a week, then had a missed call with a message saying that we have cancelled you booking as you haven't replied to a generic text , call us if you need another booking.

I booked for service and I raised my concern as my head lights are not working . I have received a text saying my car is ready to pick up, I called up the service center and asked if they are fixed.the lady name was on the phone with me said it’s all good , it’s fixed and you can come and pick the car up . When I went to the center and the lady at the center told me they have not the head lights first and after few min she came back with an other story that they are fixed .when I have checked the ahead lights are not working , she check it as well . After 20 min she has come comeback and said all fixed .She did not have clue what exactly happend with car and I really doubt the they are checking or doing repairs for the vehicles.

Worse customer service ever!!Had my car in for repairs.They told me they would call mid day.I told them I had night shift and needed my car back that day.After spending 2hrs on the phone at 3pm and no one answering.I have no idea where my car is and had to uber to work.Not happy at all!!

Required my air conditioning be repaired under warranty, was incorrectly diagnosed (technician did not listen to my wife when the car was dropped off), then took two 2 months for the work to be complete.Despite seeking updates via both phone and email throughout, never responded and would miss set timeframes.When a DMG loan car was provided 6 weeks into the process, was told a week later to return it as it had been sold and the owner wanted to pick up the car.

Went in for a general service.On the report they said the spare tyre was good but I know for a fact it’s completely busted because It was punctured/ dented and flat because I had changed it literally 2 days prior…Not sure if they’re doing proper checks. Feel like I can’t trust their report.

1 star is too much. Worst service I have ever dealt with. Incompetent and rude staff espically those on the phone. I Was constantly told I would get a call back and never did. Ridiculously over priced. You would be way better off going to a local mechanic, it will be half the price with better customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I requested a call back to book in for the complementary service, got a call in 5 mins, and even though I was late, my vehicle got serviced the same day, and all the issues were resolved. Thanks to the team. Giving 4 stars because even though DMG is a big giant, (considering their rivalry with Toyota), DMG still don't provide a loan vehicle to the customers, Anyhow, overall, the customer service was good, and I am satisfied.
