I can't believe this place could get anything less than 5 stars. I must be going to a different place to the people on here who have taken the time out to give a place a 1 star complaint". I have been going to this place since it opened

By far the worst service I have ever received. I came in for a walk-in appointment to refill SNS nails and was told that it may take a little longer than usual because the lady who served me was the only one" working. I wasn't in a rush so I agreed

They could do better!This time I’m not happy with the results, I expected a discount but they would not do it even if I am a client and I bought a gift voucher as well. Some girls are good, others not so much, they rush the service even if there is no one waiting and the result is not very good. I think I’ll try a new place next time. See for yourself…..

There are bugs flying around everywhere.Missed about 5 steps in my pedicure I found it very rushed.didn’t start with putting my in water first went straight to cutting my nails which was bizarre I thought.Once again there are little bugs flying around, not just one but lots.I’m looking in the open drawer and there is some really dirty tools he just used on me and is definitely going to use on the next person as he has put it back where he got it out fromInstead of sterilising tools they are wiping them down with paper towel, about to use on to client next to me.Yuck guys!

This place is disgusting!NONE of their equipment is sanitised, half their pedicure chairs are broken, & my feet were itchy the moment I put them in the warm water to soak!I personally witnessed the customer next to me getting up from her pedicure chair and moving to the manicure section. As that was happening, another pedicurist “cleaned” the area by draining the water from the bowl ONLY. Once drained, fills it back up & lets the other customer sit & soak her feet. DISGUSTING! She didn’t scrub nor use soap or disinfectant to clean, a good rinse & along you go.ALL the equipment she used on my feet was put back into the box they came from even after they touched my feet. This includes the foam things they put in-between your toes to apply nail polish!I saw the same equipment being used from the same box she put the dirty equipment into, on a new customer.NEVER COMING AGAIN & DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love every visit when I come here, my nails are so well cared for and well priced. I go out of my way to go see the girls here and will for a long time.e.g my nails after 2 weeks.

Went in for a full set was there 2hour with a lady who had just learned how to do nails or hasn’t done it is so long she can’t remember how to do them. The issues, the nails are so thin they bend which is painful with any manual task, there is air bubble between the acrylic and my real nail (which can cause nail infection) the painting of my nails also includes my actual fingers, and the nail shape which is round are pointy and crooked. My nails are embarrassing.And even though I spoke up the whole way through the owner who is the lady who did my nails just refused to listen, and tried to justify her poor workman’s ship. The experienced worker there laughed out loud when she looked at them… I actually had to say “it isn’t funny, she shouldn’t do nails and I have to actually hand over money for this”Do not go to this salon… you notice after being stuck there so long in how poor shape the place is.

My daughter attended Nail Fairy’s today for acrylic nail. She has attended this salon numerous times before and been happy with the result.NOT today!!! The questionable nail technician poor workmanship can be seen on photo. This was the least of her concerns. The amount of trauma caused to the nail bed has left her susceptible to infections. When contacted they had the audacity to question whether it was their fault. She had the nails removed for an additional cost at another salon an hour after. The other salon was taken back by the lack of workmanship and damage to skin integrity around the cuticles. If I can give them a ‘ZERO’ rework I would. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Tried for the first time today and had a fantastic experience! Reasonably priced and great service! I was impressed with how quickly they could do my nails with such good quality. Will definitely be coming back!

I've had my doubts about this place the last couple of times because it seemed rushed and uncomfortable with not much care or pride. But on my most recent trip, the lady who looked after me was lovely and actually had conversations with me. She even helped me get a little festive with two reindeer nails! She was very careful which was a nice change as well. I will definitely book in with her again :)
