I have had mixed experiences here. Some staff seem knowledgeable and keen to help, but others don’t seem to care much at all. The members discount is very handy but my last interaction put an end to my patronage at 99 bikes - I needed a part fixed on my daughters bike, I tried calling and emailing multiple times and despite being told I would be contacted back, it just never happened. I instead took my business to Cookies up the road and they sorted me out quickly. So that’s my recommendation - go to Cookies instead of 99 Bikes.

Bought a helmet here. The two sales assistants couldn't be bothered leaving their computer screens from behind the counter to walk over & offer assistance, despite me going to the counter to ask for help twice. And one of the assistants was a smart mouth - the more senior guy intervened when he saw the incident. It's a shame because there is a good range of products here.

I bought a mountain bike and some basic accessories, Dylan helped me get through all the stuff and explained everything with patience according to my budget. Everybody working over there is knowledgeable and experienced in bikes. I can recommend this place if anyone is interested in buying bikes, accessories or even getting some service.Update: I visited after 6 months for service, staff were knowledgeable and experienced. But they were not that polite. Maybe they have a hectic day in front dealing with all the customers, but from a customer point of view it's the only experience they get. Hope they understand the situation and work on it. And i will try to visit again soon.

Big shout out to Vic and the service team. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I had some minor issues with my bike. Concise and accurate information helped me get back on the road quickly. Would highly recommend getting work done there.Only thing that's wrong with this review is that there isn't a six star rating!

These guys are awesome. Every team member has more customer service skills than entire shops elsewhere in ACT. Always super helpful and enthusiastic about bikes, and don't underestimate them on the higher end stuff either. They've got you covered! (Never go to Pu$hy'5!!)

Bout two helmets from here, staffs was super friendly and helpful in sizing and selection, and when I need a lock for my bike, the staff gave me great opinion according to my need.Great experience and would highly recommend!

Great bike shop!Get all my maintenance, parts and accessories from them, they throw in free advice all the time, and never upsell. They don't seem to mind that I got my bike from another business in Canberra, unlike other bike stores in Canberra that seem to give poor service if you do.

Not the best focus on customer satisfaction. I ordered 2 bikes and it took a month to get it right - I had to keep reminding them of what was missing from the bike I ordered. In the end I took it missing a rack and side stand. Minor bits of kit but very annoying when spending $8500 on a couple of bikes.
