Sent the car to repair from RACV.The time estimated took longer than expected.The day I picked up the car after checking properly I realised that I could not open my bonnet anymore because they installed the release button upside down.I was complaining to one of the staff and after 1 hour waiting there he told me that we need to have a chat. The staff told me that the car was already like that, insisting that the car bonnet it could not be opened anymore. What I didn’t like at all was the fact that he was denying all the time not committing that there was something they did wrong. Absolutely terrible experience and waste of time. The guy at the reception understood the problem and after a week he came to my house to get it fixed. I’m still not sure if it is the way it was originally fitted.

Worse experience ever! Left a terrible mess in the car after repair. Extended 3 times with 0 communication. Terribly rude staff blame everything ok customers. Told them 5 times to repair the sonar then still not done when collecting the car, then blame me for not telling them... Change the them of my control panel for no reason...

I went there with damage to rear door, side step, side skirt and bullbar. As well as minor damage under the bullbar on the grille and body paint. The door was fixed very fast and the paint was exceptional! Colour matching is computerised these days so that's relatively easy. The exceptional part was the texture matching and the blend. It looked like it had not been worked on. It is PERFECT. Unfortunately, that's where the good stuff ends. Instead of replacing damaged step brackets, they were simply bent back into the right shape. The side skirt didn't get any attention at all and there was a 6 month wait on the bullbar. When I pointed it out, the boss tried to shrug me off. I had to insist it was done properly. He reluctantly agreed so I had to bring the car back in for the bullbar the side skirt and the side step. When I went to pick it up, I found my car in the same place from Thursday to Monday outside the workshop unlocked. Plus when the bullbar went on, the damage on the front had not been repaired. As well as 4 white marks on the other door. I had to take it back a third time to repair the paint on the front and put on a new grille. When I collected it this morning, it completely covered in white dust from their workshop. So before I went to work, I needed to wash my car.The workers are highly competent at their job but they're led by a lazy slob. Unfortunately, that shows in the can't be bothered" attitude shown in the organisation."

From my experience my advice would be: if you have to use these guys budget more time than you're quoted for the results you expect. Here are my findings:- The staff in the office were fantastic. Cheerful, patient, empathetic and understanding, including when there were problems. A credit to the business.- Door and panel repairs were done beautifully first time. No issues.- The paint took several attempts and extensions because of poor workmanship. A drip of paint had run down the drivers window and dried, and a fine mist (that's still there to this day) was found on the dashboard. Bubbled paint on the rear bar had to be redone. Nothing paint-related was acceptable on the first attempt.- The person in charge made no attempt to make things right with me, didn't even introduce himself and when I made a half-joking comment he said I don't wanna hear about it. I'm over it." Which is a pretty poor response when the work is objectively sub-standard. He made me feel like it was my fault for wanting my car to be back to the standard it was before the smash

NEVER GO HERE, would hate the know how structual issues are fixed. Horrible workmanship, have had to take my car back 3 times for a simple front bar repaint from some scratches, they didnt match the paint, left scratches in the bar, overspray in the guard, then upon inspection a crack and tear in the bumper on the opposite side of the works! Hopless panel shop never take your car here.

Terrible experience. Waited 3 months to take my car in then have been getting the run around for another 2 months with the completion date being extended for the 5th time now. How do you expect someone to go on with there life with this type of despicable service. Will be raising it with the ACCC

Very professional team.Communicated continuously with me whilst my car was being repaired and returned back to me in excellent condition.Very happy with the work during stressful times.

I don't usually write reviews but felt like I needed to write one just because they were so easy to deal with and how efficient they were on getting my car looking like new again. I've had bad experiences in the past with other repairers and these guys are a stand out in the field.

Great service, staff are professional. Kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Would recommend!
