I came back to T Lawyers although I did not have a great experience for the first time because I signed contract suddenly quick and in tight time frame. I was working full time as well, so my concerns were about how to buy that property, was that a smart choice, how to get finance through, etc. I didn't change the solicitor because I was so busy and I thought they just do paperwork through, every solicitor was the same, solicitor fee was the same and that is ok to stay with T Lawyers.The solicitor informed me that the search price for the property in Logan city would be more expensive compared to in Brisbane, at that time I thought the increased price was the same for every solicitor, so I agreed and focused on other things (as you all know, property buying takes you a lot of time and effort). I bought the property without any issue, my case was not a hard case, on the right days do this and do that.When my friend bought a property in Logan city and told me that the solicitor fee wasn't changed, no increased price, the search price was the same. I just felt OH NO. The T Lawyers normal prices are slightly higher than the base price, now I recognise that I had to pay $290 higher than the usual price of other solicitors. I admitted that the price was given to me and I agreed on it, no hidden fee or information. However, when I sit down now and reflect, no added value or services compared to the first time, why I needed to pay $290 higher than the other solicitor fee, even though my case was not hard. My fault as well, I could have searched the solicitor price before I decided to go again with T Lawyer or swap to another; I was too busy to think about the property which was worth thousands.I admitted that the price was agreed between T Lawyers and me, they didn't hide anything. Just a reflection when it comes to price comparison, I just have a feeling like I lost $290. Think about if 2 properties, it will be $580.

Slow on getting info regarding GCCC claim request for rates/water previously supplied but not delivered to client BUT very willing and polite service from staff.
