Anyone must need to visit here at least one time. Than they will understand that this is the best place. Like i was new in the Melbourne. And my heir is so long and i was feeling really scared that if I went any shop, they will must cut my all hair. They will not understand that what I really want. But one day i found this salon and finally made up my mind that i will go there. And finally i went there. And trust me they cut my hair as I wanted. Just perfect.

BEST HAIR SALON IN MELBOURNEI don’t say it lightly when I say this salon is the best in Melbourne. There are so many hair salons in Melbourne but despite that it’s hard to find an outstanding one. And this is an outstanding one!!!. If you are someone like me who truly cares about the quality of service your salon gives you, then this salon is it. They combine warm, caring, personalised customer service, with flawless execution of all your hair needs (which I have many of hehehe). I have very long hair and they tailor the service to exactly how long hair needs to be treated with their depth of knowledge about handling different types of hair regarding hair colouring, cutting and shampooing and conditioning your hair. They never make you feel rushed. They carefully and lovingly wash your hair adjusting the shampoo/conditioner/treatment your hair needs each time you visit (as the needs of your hair changes with the seasons and time). They spend time each appointment to consult with you and genuinely listen to what you are saying and always do their best to meet your needs the best they can. They take the time to make sure you are happy with the service at every step of the way. If you are like me and you expect your hair salon to have in depth knowledge about how different hair types and lengths need to be handled differently (which shockingly many salons don’t) and tailor to your exact hair type, then this is the salon for you. Connie and Alexandra are passionate about hair and genuinely care about their customers and their needs and work with you as a team to get you the best possible outcome that is tailored to your EXACT needs. Easily the best salon in Melbourne. I call it my “happy place” thanks to the girls who always meet me with a smile and pamper me AND my hair :)
