Birthday card for granddaughter-posted normal mail 13 oct..NOT ARRIVED at 22 december to Lithgow. Express Post - xmas card on 1st December at Parramatta (3 hours away) and tracked to Bathurst, but NOT ARRIVED at 22 DECEMBER to Lithgow. Express Post tracking is useless and waste of money! + lame excuses from Aust Post Melbourne. Both cards contained money and maybe that is why they have both been LOST"."

Couldn't be open on a weekend so people who actually work for a living during the week can sort out the mistakes that the Australia post make on a regular basis. I'm not paying $5.77 per day for a parcel I didn't even know about because they couldn't even be open for me to pick it up!

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst phone manner and customer service ever! This is not even my nearest PO, yet my parcels always get dropped off here for me to collect? Or better yet they get given to the wrong person, with no explanation or apology.

Had 4 letters sent to our address from different parts of NSW. All have been tampered with and stolen money within a month. The lithgow team have no integrity and no humanity, stolen off a 1 year old. Slits had been cut with knife on the side and now they dont seem to care and had ripped open the letter.

We have had letters ripped open on more than 5 occasions with money taken out of them numerous times. These letters/birthday cards have been sent to us from different locations so it’s obvious to us that it’s happening here in Lithgow. Our postie is obviously ok with stealing money from our one year old.

Great shop - really helpful, always efficient even though often especially these days they are busy. Always able to advise on best solution to my odd posting issues, think on their feet. Home deliveries in this area are always great too.
