Food was overpriced for what it is, it wasn't bad but it certainly wasn't great. Mediocre food highly priced. The facilities were good and clean and service was fine. All in all nothing amazing but nothing terrible.

A reasonable variety of dishes for pub food. Prices are reasonable. The food that we had was well presented, and there were no complaints from any of the people dining in. The service was fairly quick, and the friendly staff did their best.

I'm retracting my previous review after today's lunch. The fish was greasy,the salad was limp. My burger patty was burnt.Observing other people's plates when leaving confirmed my thoughts. People were picking there way through their plate to find something edible. Change the oil chef!

Calamari, just out of a frozen box, dried out, mixed with tentacles, disgusting, what a rip off! Lady behind the bar needs some motivation and people skills, sour faced, no smiles. Music great, will eat first before we come.

Ordered the chicken parmigiana with chips and salad.........the salad consisted of 3 leaves of lettuce and 3 slices of baby tomatoes. Poor effort to be honest

Salt n Pepper squid is 'yummy' a decent size for $18..Menu is limited for choice and could do with some more options though.Indoor and outdoor dining, relaxed atmosphere.. music playing.. kids gym easily accessible..Pub in general has a nice vibe..

Had the best Southern Fried chicken burger ever! The spicy sauce is delicious & chicken is crispy like it should be. Will definitely return while we are in town. Well done! Such an improvement from last time we visited Evans Head.

Great outdoor space with plenty of Autumn sunshine plus public bar and lounge area with pool table.. good menu, moderate prices and friendly staff. Try the Sirloin Steak with choice of two sides and sauce for $28.

I'll start with the good, really friendly staff, helpful waiters and a nice atmosphere BUT !! The food was, to be polite, Disappointing! We ordered the blackboard special, a fetahinni, for $22.It was obviously made hours before it was served. It was dry and not reheated well, the flavour would possibly have been ok hours earlier when it was prepared.I was starving and finished my meal but my two friends left most of their meals.
