The Body Shop

It is a lovely store. I bought some massage oils for my girlfriend for $30 each. They smell so amazing. She loves those massage oils (see my photos). Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the right products straight away. It is not a very big store, but I got exactly the products I want to get.

The girls in the body shop were amazing. They helped me pick a gift bag for my granddaughter and she loved it!Thank you ladies for making me the fav granny!

Went to the shop in Mount Gravatt shopping centre and received amazing customer service. Both ladies knew the products really well and helped me find what I was after quickly. Definitely going back!

I was served by Tamara today for the second time. Both times she has been rude and ignorant. Today, she scoffed at me when discussing the application of the Vitamin C range, as guided by my dermatologist and insinuated that she (a shop assistant) knew better than a medical professional. The information she gave was also inconsistent with the information on the Body Shop website. She then went on about getting everyone store cards to “get them out of the store” and told myself and another customer that she hopes everyone gets COVID. I was speechless. Hands down the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Thankfully there’s another Body Shop close by (Carindale). I won’t be going back to the Mount Gravatt store again.Be better, Tamara!

The staff are absolutely amazing and take pride in there job! I had the best visit to the store today, I was greeted by smiles and recommendations on your products which was a great help!

Tamara was so helpful with recommending products to update my skincare routine. She spent lots of time answering my questions and even pulled out her own notebook with research/ ingredients for everything we chose!I left feeling confident and after using them for a week all my issues are solved and I am enjoying healthy glowing skin again. Great service ☺️

I think it was Emma that was working there. We were there 30/10/2021 around 4:00. She was really fantastic and walked us through all of the products and let us test them so we could find the best one. The quality of the moisturisers were really fantastic as well. Its sad to see the other negative reviews because our experience was 10/10 :)

They always have specials and have a lit of knowledge on the products then give you a small sample of what you showed interest in

I was served by Tamara today, she was lovely and managed the shop floor solo really really well. She also had some amazing tips on how to use the products too! Very happy with my experience.
