It's a real pleasure to have the new layout looking so good.Well presented, great staff. Its really good to have the gym back open & feels like you just belong there.There is everything there to either be a beginner in the gym or a hard working gym goer with years of experience.As well to have very clean showers & toilets are a big bonus.Credit go's to the staff. Always welcoming. Super happy to be back

In comparison to other Zaps, it is very poor!- Half the screens on the machines do not work- No fresh air or air conditioning, meaning on a warm day you can't go or only stay for short periodsI work in Kingston and go there and it is 100 times better, only go to Sorell if I really have too!

Have had faulty and incorrectly assembled equipment for months and months now. I have contacted their state manager who blocked me on all social media and told me he would no longer reply to any emails regarding. No duty of care shown and only there to rip off members.

Large and lots of equipment.Was like an oven the other day, no air conditioning I assume by the presence of floor fans.Frequented by people who refuse to wipe equipment after use and go unchallenged by staff.Odd given the current environment.

This is by far the worst gym I have been to. Very minimal equipment. No Lat pull down. No seated cable row. No back extensions. No Calf equipment. The list goes on. Everything is old and worn out. There is no air conditioning, literally have to pin the door open. It’s literally like a sweaty mouldy sauna at times. The gym area is tiny and uncomfortable Shoulder to shoulder with people if there is any more than 5 people in there it’s over crowded. Usually it’s a dog fight to use the equipment before someone else gets it, you waste so much time waiting for equipment to be free. The sorell/southern eastern area is a rapidly growing population this gym is unfair on the people that pay for membership and are given such a below average facility that is not adequate for the amount of people that wish to use it.

Zap Sorell has undergone a complete make over with a brand new location and brand new equipment. There is more space than ever before very clean and the staff are amazing highly recommended

Great layout in the Sorell gym. Nice variety of equipment that is capable of satisfying most training needs while maintaining good space to workout in. Friendly helpful staff.

Zap is happening in sorell.... amazing staff always providing a smile and greeting members, always keeping the place clean ,to making things look tidy..... Members are friendly always up for a chat to hello .The facilitie is nice and modern...Its a great vibe !!!! Great selection of parking out the front or out the back ..... and yes the air conditioner is about to be installed happy days ...:) for all membersThanks zap and staff
