Unfortunately I cannot recommend Mount Druitt Service NSW. Most of the staff just seem to be in a rush with not a lot of care for the customer (there were a few exceptions). Wrong forms issued. Time wasted. I've been unfortunate enough to go there twice, there will not be a third time. I'll keep going to Revesby where they care.

The NSW service centre is usually busy. I have been there thrice and the service is good. It is located inside Westfield as you walk ahead of Coles.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. The customer service at the front desk of the Mount Druitt branch is appalling. Never have I dealt with an immature and ignorant CSR in my life. CSR Lina should not be the face of any place. She should seriously consider finding another job far from customer service. Her face and demeanour would better suit a career in the mortuary?

Some of the people they have working behind the counter really need to know what they are doing, I had a woman serving me that had absolutely no idea what she was talking about I was told I had to get documentation charged but on the form I had from them never stated any such thing. If you are going to be in a position like this you really need to know your job

The lady serving on counter 12 today, 24th Sept, was awesome. Great service and a laugh along the way. Was only meant to process one request and ended up with change of licence. , renewal of licence and driving licence record. Not once did she complain. True professional

The worst service ever I ever had I take my sister last Week to get for her a photo ID They told us the passport is expired but it's OK but because she have certificate of birth different name as the passport So she said if you can change that we will do it So we went and we changed whatever they want us to do Today we went there she's telling us because the passport is expensive We can't do it But the lady she was there she had Short hair with Glasses she's So rude Never ever go to this RTA in my life again You can't treat people with Unrespect For who they are We are white or black Muslim or Christian we all one

Did my hazard perception test, their screen wasn’t working, do not do your HPT here, I didn’t know the screen wasn’t working, and at the end, i was unsure why I had failed. When i told the staff member, she didn’t listen to me. Do not do your HPT here, there computers are dodgy and need a proper fix, not happy, as the tests aren’t cheap either.

A very pretty middle eastern lady with bangs was super helpful. I wish I caught her name but she made my time at service nsw very pleasant. Things like rego and other car payments something I hate doing every year she made it really simple to do. If I could give more stars I would :)
