We're setting up gym gear at home and the Powertrain adjustable dumbells were a perfect addition. I now have dumbells with weight options from 5kg to 40kg, without taking up much space! Delivery was also trouble free, and the stand was easy to assemble. Highly recommended!

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered an exercise bike which was broken when delivered (I understand things happen in transit), and contacted them the day of delivery, also asking for my money back. It took over 5 months for PowerTrain to organise a courier to pick the bike up after contacting them on multiple occasions. It has now been a month since the product was picked up and I am still awaiting for the refund to be paid back to me and many of my emails have gone unanswered. This has been a long winded process and PowerTrain have not done anything to speed this up.This process has voided everything in their 30 Day money back policy, which is stated on their website. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

Within a month of buying my treadmill, I experienced issues where it would not start. Customer service was quick and responsive and they organised quickly to have it picked up and fixed. I would regularly experience issues with the incline and speed button jamming if pressing on the side handrail button - the incline and speed on treadmill would quickly increase. Though highly inconvenient in the middle of a workout; I was always able to resolve this by pressing buttons on the main panel. My biggest issue though came straight after warranty ended (what a surprise) and the thing just wouldn’t turn on. After complaining they agreed to courier to their office at their cost to check it out, but surprisingly it started working again and there were no issues. (I find hard to believe) so they returned it. within another month of using it again the same thing happened. It just turned off and would not turn on an. I just gave up with it as i knewIt was a product quality issue and would just keep on happening and now that warranty was over I wouldn’t get any assistance with the company. If you are thinking about it, invest a bit more for a better brand as you’ll be disappointed.

I have ordered multi station gym my order took 2 month to reach me and then there is some parts missing and i called them the operator and told them about the missing part they said we will send you right awayAnd still it’s been 3 weeks and waiting waiting waiting

Amazing customer Service! My boys destroyed the basketball ring pole on the Kahuna 11ft trampoline. I reached out to Mary to purchase another pole and she kindly offered it to me for free (including delivery). Completely satisfied and appreciative of her good will gesture. Kahuna was easy and fuss free to deal with at Christmas when we first purchased the trampoline and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Trampoline. Just make sure your kids don't hang off the basketball hoop.

I called this company to enquire about their adjustable dumbells. The person on the phone essentially read back the description on the website and couldn't answer my question. They promised me a call back from someone with expertise. No reply. I called again and they promised again. No reply. I emailed, no reply. That's the pre-sale customer service. I can't imagine was post-sale customer service is like. I took my business elsewhere.
