Walked in 20 min before close (yes, I was that person) to ask if they’d still be able to take off my leftover shellac from a different nail salon before I go on holiday tomorrow. They were even still happy to give me a full pedicure!Now, I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in my whole life. The service was impeccable, absolutely amazing professionally as well as customer service wise. My feet have never looked better/been treated with more care, and staff was super friendly and lovely. They even gave me some slippers to leave with because idiot me walked in with closed shoes not expecting anything more than my shellac removed because I walked in so late.Genuinely had the best experience! 10/10 can recommend and will always get my nails done here from now on. Shoutout to the lovely staff for absolutely making my day and sorting me out like that

They were kind enough to book me in for a slot last minute, and very pleasant staff. Unfortunately though the shellac lasted only 3 full days before 3 nails started to peel off (and very easily too!). They also used their finger nail (with a glove) to go underneath my fingernail to clear any dirt which hurt at the time and left a cut doing so. $50 for manicure shellac to last 3 days… not great.

Easily the BEST biosclupture maincure with extensions I have ever had. Meticulous and had a great process which really resulted in natural looking gel Nails. If only all other nail artists were this talented!

Writing off of my girlfriends account. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I didn’t see a price listed for an infill but a full set was $40. So infill is obviously supposed to be cheaper right? No. I paid $75 DOLLARS FOR AN INFILL THAT LOOKED TERRIBLE AND CROOKED WITH A BAD PAINT JOB. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and she didn’t tell me it would be $75 until she had already filed off all my existing nail polish and started shortening my nails. I couldn’t leave with them looking like that so I stayed.Seeing as a full set is $40 an infill should be at least $35. So I don’t understand how I had to pay almost double price of a full set. I’ve never paid that much even for a full set my entire life. All I asked for is for her to shorten my nails, use gel polish and use a glitter top coat. If the price increase was going to be that much they should’ve told me before they started but even if they did it’s ridiculous to charge that much anyway. I’ve never even had to pay extra to get my nails shortened or get a top coat.Unless you have the balls to walk straight out if they pull this on you, DO NOT GO HERE.

I have been coming to this place for years to get my eyebrows threaded. I have usually been pretty happy with them as they were able to do a good shape and mostly efficient. However after today I won't be going back.I went to thread my eyebrows as usual, and while everything went smoothly initially, a minute into threading my brows the lady stopped, stared at me, pointed to my forehead and asked me what was wrong with my face. I was shocked and confused at first, asking what she meant, if something had suddenly sprouted on my face overnight. She just accusingly asked if it has always been like this and if I was going to see a doctor. Now, for a bit of context, I've always had a bit of acne and have in fact seen doctors and been on medication, but it has actually settled in the last few years. So I am used to people commenting on my skin and myself scrutinising it and being self conscious, but this time my skin was genuinely doing pretty well. At first I thought this would impact the threading and she was asking as a precaution in case I was on isotretinoin or something, but she just persisted with asking if I was going to take any medication or see a doctor. Not wanting to make a scene, I told her firmly I was not, and she continued, which meant that whatever problem she saw with my skin had absolutely nothing to do with the job I had asked her to do.So basically, for absolutely no reason this lady was being blatantly RUDE and INAPPROPRIATE, and I can't even believe I paid for the service that day. I am so disappointed because I really liked coming here for the last few years, but they've lost a loyal customer as I'm never going back. I am just shocked at how cavalierly she could just humiliate me and shoot down my self confidence after I asked for such a simple service that I've gotten multiple times with no issue.And side note, please be careful if you're going for a wax - I went a few years ago to try waxing my eyebrows and upper lip, and got a huge burn on my upper lip that took weeks to heal, because they waxed over the same area multiple times and ripped off the skin. I was so scarred but gave them another chance. Not anymore, ever again.

Really good and affordable. Better than most places I have went in Sydney where they charge extra to even use the massage chair or properly scrub the feet of hard skin. Would recommend and go again.

Worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had. After leaving the salon my nails looked terrible, shaped badly and painted unevenly. After 12 hours 3 nails had chipped and within 3 days they all peeled off. $40 and very disappointing, I would not recommend this place.

First time here and they were great. Usually my nails are way to sensitive for the electric file for acrylics but the lady who did my nails was very gentle. Shape and quality are exactly what i wanted.
