Sunlite Mitre 10 Paddington - Hardware & Plant Shop

We are a new business in Paddington area. Mitre 10 has been a very helpful one! Because we did a lot of renovation to our new place. Their staff, especially Paul, helped me a lot, even with the smallest things as simple as finding the way to attach brochure holder to the outdoor frame, Paul executed it very well. He even gave me words of encouragement as a new business owner. Highly recommend this place. They really know their stuff. Well done!

This store is fantastic, it looks small on the outside but inside it's huge. They carry a wide range of all things hardware and garder items all very well organised. The staff are very friendly and they always seem to have someone on hand to advise on some of my more complicated questions.

Had an awesome experience at this location!! Thanks to the new manager at the paint section. (Sorry forgot his name) he was excellent!! I didn't have anything but a picture with no codes/numbers and he helped me figure out the exact paint so quickly! Had a great chat while I waited for the paint to be ready. Made the chore a nice pleasant experience! Walked out there feeling good and ready for some painting! Thank you sm!

Wasn’t a pleasant experience at this Paddington Store today.....if you’d like fast service with a minimal courtesy, everybody should be treated proper and with a decent manner..... then don’t go into this store.I was clearly discriminated against for not dressed and look like a local.I was next to be served but was told “ sorry mate can I just dealing with a customer behind you? ” I was pushed back 3 times, they serve all of the Customers who standing beside me until there is no one left before they let me pay and get out of there etc.is it because I was wearing tracksuit pans or I don’t look tall enough ?Maybe it was one of those reason.I do not recommend for anyone to come here if you’re busy / rush, or like to earn a little respect from staff that works here. Henceforth,Being able to know how to be respectful to all, ether you growing with it taught at a young age or you don’t.... it cannot be train.

I got great service from Sean in the paint shop. He matched a colour for me from a paint flake and it was a perfect match. Really helpful.

A lady here called ilona was so helpful with the plants!! I will return!

Thank you so much Sean for honestly going above and beyond and taking the time to help my team out! We had an accident with one of our machines and it completely snapped off, so I went into Mitre 10 desperate to find some sort of quick fix short term solution hoping I could try Macgyver it myself with some heavy duty tape.I was referred to Sean and showed him some pictures of my problem, but he needed some more clarity to see what we needed to purchase to fix it. We were only across the road and he ended up having a look at it and fixing it there for us on site in less than 5minutes!!!I was so impressed and so grateful for Sean’s help - the guys are mitre 10 definitely know what they’re doing! Every time we have gone in to pick things up, they have always been so helpful. I’d give 100000 stars to Sean if I could - thanks a million!

Super helpful and friendly staff. The store is way bigger than it looks. They have a good range of products and I'm impressed by their screws and bolts section, so much variety.

We were assisted by Ebo in the garden department. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with our plant questions. Will definitely be returning in the future.

27 March 2023Thank you Helena, Shane and Anna,Highly recommend as always.I ordered at the store 4 x 25L heavy bags of Premium Potting mix, 2 x 12L very heavy bags of River stones for my 30 steps walkup apartment.I requested for levels delivery from the store. The team are very helpful and truly have an impressive “ Can do altitude “.I just received my delivery within 24 hours by George ( courier ) timely and very helpful too.Thank you Team, really my favourite store on almost everything we need.ET******************************We are residents in Paddington for years, Sunlite Mitre 10 Paddington located perfectly at the best zone, convenient to everyone living in the area.All staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and positively helpful.Selected Products available in the store are good.A store we are happy to be their customers at all times.Elizabeth ( Oct 2020 )
