WowI visited this store just to change the batteries but they checked my car keys and then found another problem and replaced it without any additional fees and remained kind to the end without losing their kindness even though it was past 9 o'clock. It was a great opportunity to experience the best service and the best kindness. The female employee's name was Grace, and the man didn't have a name tag, so I couldn't confirm his name. Once again, it was a store that I wanted to go to because I ruined the car key myself.

A very intelligent problem solver who managed to fix the clip of my watch that has been sitting around for a couple of years after few failed attempts by other watch repairer. I am so grateful for your help James. Just amazed by how skilful you are at repairing things so just “take my money!” But wait you were also so kind and said you enjoyed the challenge and not to worry about it. You made my day man :) I can finally wear this watch. May God bless you and may your business flourish, I’ll be back!

Absolutely amazing service from Emma at Mister Minit! I've brought in my backpacks 2x now to be fixed and she goes above and beyond. Does an amazing job, does it quickly and provides excellent customer service. She should be promoted and/or given a raise!

Do not buy a garage remote here, they are massively overpriced. Bought a Merlin remote for $100, then realised that other stores (including Bunnings & Amazon) sell them for much cheaper ($55 or under). To top it off, this shop does not provide refunds for change of mind, which is well below community expectations nowadays. So please think twice before buying anything from here.

2 key cuts and a watch strap adjustment, and it was a super fast , flawless and no fuss experience. James was patient, attentive and did a great job at explaining things that may have been of interest including the loyalty discount which he proactively applied to the 2nd item even though I didn’t know about it. If every paid service could be this effective and easy, it’d transform retail.

Had a great experience at this store. My wife was having a bad day, and quoted the wrong son’s initials to be engraved on a flask. Without any hesitation, they managed to polish out the incorrect ones and replaced with the right one - no charge either. Their experience really showed through. Also, looking forward to see what they do with the new laser etcher they demonstrated to me.

Very honest staff. Today my hubby came to replace the battery of his watch, at a reasonable price. After the staff opened it, he informed him that actually it's a rechargeable battery, he just need to wear it regularly. He could have changed it and get additional sale and my hubby wouldn't know. Thank you very much for your honesty and high standard customer service.

Was looking to get my nephew's Christening gift engraved and was recommended to Mister Minit Macquarie Park, and I'm thankful for it. James' work was flawless, he told me he's been doing this for 10 years and it shows. His colleague on the day was also overlooking the job, and that showed me how meticulous these guys are. I was considering getting the gift laser engraved, but I'm glad I didn't, because - in my opinion - James' work looked much more natural and made the gift that much more meaningful. Would highly recommend James and his team.

Unable to start my vehicle due to key issue. NRMA was unable to resolve issue. Mister Minit fixed it in a minit and didn't charge me a dime. Absolute legend and a sage as related to automobile keys.
