Left here a happy customer! Wayne and Francis was a pleasure to with. I went into for a motherboard update as I was experiencing issues at home. In a matter of minutes, my computer was updated without stress. Amazing experience and knowledge. Thank you!

I personally found the process rather annoying. I bought my laptop about 4 years ago so I didn’t have the original receipt and when asked my serial number which was on the bottom of the screen some of the numbers have been rubbed away so I cannot get the full number and they said they cannot get a billing number for me.Also the roundabout process to get your laptop repaired itself was infuriating. I visited the service centre and they said I need a billing number and the contact number said without a serial number or receipt they couldn’t help nor give me a billing number and I basically drove for nothing. They told me to email them the actual problem in detail AGAIN so they can assist . I ended up just taking my laptop to a non offical repair shop and they have already begun fixing it. Why is there this unnecessary roundabout system? Why can’t we show up to the service centre and get an inspection and billing on the spot? Honestly disappointing, its a shame because I do love this brand. But not anymore.

My review was actually a comment about the news that your company is banning paid advertisements from MSI Abortions Australia Pty Ltd. Again, you deliberately edited my review by altering the name from MSI Australia (as I had typed) to MSI Gaming. What a shabby thing to do - shame on you!

My MSI PS63 had both hinges break apart from the keyboard assembly and so I took the laptop in for a repair. Should be noted that my laptop is just over a year out of warranty but since it was a manufacturing fault, I remained hopeful they'd cover it under the warranty conditions since it did happen once before (which was covered and repaired within the 2 year warranty period).On the day I gave it into the warehouse, I recieved an email which gave me a quote of $286 for parts and $88 for labour which I thought was a bit much considering it was at no fault of my own.I called MSI and talked to Wayne who was really helpful and said that he will take a proper look at the damage report.A few hours later, and to my relief, I got an email saying that MSI will happily waive the repair cost and cover it under the warranty.What's more, my laptop was repaired and ready for collection the very next morning and so the whole ordeal only took around 3 to 4 days which is unreal.Outstanding customer service by Wayne and MSI and I couldn't be happier. Definitely considering MSI for when I need a new laptop.

Extremely disappointed.Bought an MSI laptop from Umart on Boxing Day 2021. The laptop kept crushing with a BSOD error, asked for help to customers support through the MSI website. I sent the laptop three times and they kept saying that there was no issue with it.I had to go personally to MSI get them to assess the laptop while I was there, finally they found what was causing the problem and gave me a “new one” which I had to pick up personally from West Ryde.After picking up the second laptop the same mistake started to happen after a couple of months of use, I sent it back to Umart, they sent it to MSI for another’s assessment and had to go back to west Ryde to pick up the laptop again.They sent it back as “not faulty” again but this time MSI sent it back without the protective material for both the outside of the laptop and the cloth that goes in between the screen and the keyboard. Not a big issue so I decided to dismiss it. However, the BSOD error kept happening.I sent the laptop back for another assessment and when I came back surrendered to pick up the laptop from the store to take it home it came back from MSI with a dent on it.Outrageous outcome, not a single solution to my problem, the product keeps coming back in a worst condition than before, it’s still faulty and they are not even willing to give me a full refund or a functioning laptop.Both Umart and MSI are an absolute disaster.

I brought in my laptop to fix the screen which wasn't working (a loose cable was the problem) and it's fixed good as new. Took about 20min. Very happy with the service. Photos are before and after repair. Laptop is switched on in both pictures.

I bought my laptop 26/01/22.It started to severely malfunction a week ago. It turned into a complete black screen without a mouse cursor 1-2 minutes after start up.I’ve contacted Jessica and Wayne via phone and Email.I followed their instructions thoroughly.Since I live in Brisbane I had to ship my laptop away. A delivery guy from startrak picked my laptop up.(I was satisfied with their pick up process at least. It was smooth and swift.)They decided it was my OS malfunctioning, and they claimed it was repaired by resetting my OS. Although Wayne clearly said it looked like a hardware problem while we were talking on the phone.As soon as I turned my laptop on after receiving, It executed the same exact malfunction.It hasn’t been repaired, not at all. funny thing is the paper is saying its passed the full function test.I tried to windows recovery like window suggested, MSI computer set an account called ‘defaultuser0’ but my old password wasn’t matching. 0000 didn’t work either.I will contact them regarding this matter tomorrow morning, But so far it was a dissatisfying customer experience with MSI computer.

Amazing service. It was such a very smooth process. Wayne promptly responded to my emails and assisted me through the RMA process. Francis did the paperwork within minutes of me dropping off my defective AIO in the warehouse. They didn't have the v2 model of my AIO in stock so he gave me a free upgrade and some freebies for me and my partner.

The keyboard on my GE 66 Raider was malfunctioning, and I soon discovered that my laptop was still within the two year warranty period. I had no trouble contacting MSI in Sydney Australia for an online chat, and I was very quickly forwarded documentation, to return my laptop to Sydney, with the cost of freight being picked up by MSI. Delivery from Far North Queensland to Sydney was expedited by Star Track, and the laptop arrived safely at the MSI service centre. Only mere days elapsed, before I received notification from Star Track, that they had my package onboard, and it was being transported back to me in Far North Queensland. I received the laptop back to my address 14 days after it was dispatched, with a new keyboard fitted. I would like to thank MSI Australia for their prompt actions, and Star Track for very fast and efficient pick-up and return delivery. Well done!
