Had an amazing time with Gabby trying on wedding dresses. She helped me try lots of new styles that I wouldn't have considered. Overall a great experience.

Would definitely avoid. I have never written a review before but I feel this needs to be said!Made an appointment and was greeted with “well I need to be out of here by X time so we will have to make this quick”Was also told “probably won’t have many dresses in your size” ( I just had a baby )And then when I said I did not like the feel of tulle and lace, was met with “are you on the spectrum”.I felt rushed and un cared for and forced out after 30mins into my appointment, I left and went down to brides to be, without an appointment, and was treated so much better !

This store is amazing! I had two months until my wedding when i walked in looking for a dress. No appointment, was directed from another bridal store after they needed a minimum 9 months notice first. The staff were lovely, super helpful and picked out the perfect dress for me. The dress itself is amazing and honestly the opposite of what i thought i would go for. They have heaps of options and sizes and can always order one in from their additional 44 stores which will take one week to come in. Prices were great and quality was even better. Alterations booked in with their worker on the spot, super flexible and very accommodating. Honestly, don't look any further than this store, they have designer dresses ready to go at great prices. Very happy with everything, will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.Update - mum and sister went today and were able to find gowns they both love. Lady was super helpful and we didn't have an appt yet she took the time to assist and make sure everyone found something they love. Could not recommend this store more, honestly look no further whether you're the bride, a bridesmaid or simply a wedding guest. Absolutely amazing people, dresses, and store.

This is the third time that we have bought our bridesmaid dresses here at The Bridal Outlet at Somersby and the second time that we have bought the bride's dress here! The quality of the dresses is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We always feel that we have been given excellent value for our money. What is particularly lovely is the personal service and genuine interest of the staff. All the ladies are so friendly and helpful. One lady in particular deserves a special mention. Darkshi made us feel important and was honest and caring with her opinions and suggestions. What could have been a real assembly line experience was the opposite. We were welcomed and made to feel special. Thank you so much Darkshi, Leah and Gabby.

After arriving feeling a bit nervous I was greeted with a gruff 'what are doing here' then ordered upstairs like I should have known exactly where to go as soon as I stepped through the door. The lady taking my appt listened to what I wanted then told me I'd be trying on the opposite of what I just said. It was so hot in there, not enough room to change and the dresses were not nice at all. Overall just not a pleasant experience and sounds pretty similar to what other brides have experienced there.My partner has rented suits there before and they were great but I'd say avoid this place for anything else.

Gabby was fantastic! My wedding is coming up in 5 months, which I knew meant I could only look at Samples. She let my friends and I browse the racks and got to work! The variety in sizes was amazing and VERY inclusive which I loved. I tried on about 5-6 dresses and ended up picking the one she really wanted me to try on. Was such a lovely experience and gave me the little extra time to retry my top 3 and take photos of the one I purchased.After buying, Donna kindly helped with booking in a time for Alterations in a few months. Wonderful and stress-free experience overall. Thank you Gabby and Donna!

Arrived with an appointment, first time there so didn't know upstairs was for the brides.Walked in feeling self-conscious and unsure of what I was looking for.Greeted by a lovely woman who was very up front and honest with me, explained that they wouldn't be able to order anything in because I left it too late.Also told my budget would reduce my selection.I really appreciated the honesty.This was disheartening to me and I was ready to walk away.The lovely lady gave me hope by putting me in dresses I never considered and made me feel relaxed and beautiful and better about trying on wedding dresses.In the end we found a gown which was a good size and beautiful fit AND within budget.The beautiful women from the alterations were amazing and the whole day seemed to be saved.I walked out knowing I'll have a dress for my wedding.Thank you so much to the team for being patient with me and so lovely!

The Bridal outlet was the first wedding dress shop I ever visited. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything that matched what I wanted but the customer service was amazing and they will go above and beyond to help you find the right dress at the right price. After I found the right dress I went back to The Bridal Outlet to search for the perfect overskirt. I tried on every overskirt and none matched exactly what I was after so the assistant suggested I get a custom made overskirt from their alterations department so she took my measurements and they made one within a few weeks. Let me just say this was one of the best decisions I make for my wedding! The skirt was exactly what I wanted and the price was amazing. I cannot thank these ladies enough, they made my dreams come true!

Went in today with my mother looking for mother of the groom dresses. Staff were friendly enough. Though after the first dress we had chosen and hung up ourselves I was helping my mum in and out of dresses even going so far as pinning and clamping the dresses she tried on. Staff where completely uninterested and we had to ask for assistance many times. We had an appointment and there was no one else in the shop and even went in early there is no excuse for being ignored.
