Have our rental property with belle for about 3-4 years. And first 2 years were great with great communication, last 2 years haven’t been even close to the same experience. Tenants being placed in our investment without our go ahead.Inspection being completed and missing things that were damaged (over $3000 worth of damage/missing fixtures)Had a meeting with Peter, and he apologised for anything done incorrect , but I guess apologising for mistakes that have cost us money doesn’t rectify anything.

I can't thank bell property enough. They help us find a great rental in a short time frame. The whole team is incredible. Jess went above and beyond to help us find the best rental to suit us. Jess took the time out of her busy day to show us a many property as possible and even happy to show one property twice.Kylie was so friendly in helping us with all the payment and paperwork, made it so simple.Incredible team at belle property. Outstanding property management, don't consider anyone else! We rented our property with Erin Marr at Belle Property several years ago, from commencement it has been seamless, with any repair and maintenance items flagged and dealt with quickly. Erin is an excellent communicator and cares deeply for tenants and landlords alike, and feel we have been so lucky to have benefited from her local expertise and genuine, thoughtful approach. Horrible experience, would highly advise against listing a property through this agency, specifically Rob Nevins.Inquired into a listed property almost a month ago across multiple platforms and still awaiting a response to either...This house is still on the market although I have since bought through a different agent. Would be disgusted if I had paid good money to list a property with him just to have potential buyers neglected when wanting to make an offer.

We first made contact with Adam and Tom as potential buyers and were impressed with their approach. As vendors, they were easy to deal with and well and truly delivered on price expectations. They were happy to accommodate our availability for inspections and had a keen instinct for the type of buyer most suited to our property. They were no pressure, motivated and professional agents. We listed a property for sale with Belle, absolutely pathetic communication repeatedly no reply to phone and email, we moved the listing to another agent but kept the letting through Belle, I’m led to believe there was a rental Inspection completed on the 15th Feb though we wouldn’t know as we have not received any correspondence Re the inspection to date some 6 weeks later, we notified Belle that they had lost the rental listing giving 4 weeks notice and still to this day not one phone call not one email. DO NOT ENTRUST ANYTHING YOU HOLD DEAR TO BE MANAGED BY Belle Realestate Orange, SALES OR RENTAL. Promise the earth deliver nothing.
