Rose Cottage Albury

Amazing stay and premises.I cannot say enough good things about Rose Cottage. So lets get started.1. LOCATION is absolutely first class, a stroll from the CBD and it is flat all the way, you can walk to the Commercial Club, Dean Street for the entire length which has some absolutely great coffee and eateries from one end to the other, it rivals anything Melbourne or Sydney can put up. You can walk to the Botanical Gardens which are gorgeous. This location is so central. You can either do a longer walk or drive a short distance to the Harris Farms produce market - this has to be seen - the range of produce under a single roof is staggering.2. THE PROPERTY itself is simply amazing, it is 140 years old, and renovated to a very high standard, tastefully and authentically furnished, with a lock up garage for secure off street parking and rear access. There is a huge amount of space throughout the property, and the bed/s are big and comfortable. The loungeroom and dining areas are spacious and comfortable. There are lots of good quality applicances so you could prepare a banquet if you wanted to stay in, there is a large capacity refrigerator and a dishwasher and loads of cutlery and glasses and dishes, a good set of kitchen knives to prepare food. There are numerous flat screen TVs in the lounge and bedrooms. There is a comfortable and stylish courtyard to relax in subject to good Albury weather. The property is spotlessly clean and very well maintained with nice touches throughout. The property owner/ manager is a delight to deal with and very informative and knowledgeable re: local area and places to go.We were totally impressed with Rose Cottage.We will be back

We were lucky enough to be able to stay in Rose Cottage when we first arrived to settle in Albury. It is stunning. A beautiful house, with fabulous decore. It is within walking distance to everything in central Albury. Beds are super comfortable and everything you could possibly need for your stay. A wonderful introduction to this lovely town and I have no hesitation in highly recommend it.
