Very poor customer service. Purchased a printer that did not do the job as informed at time of purchase. Despite asking to speak to someone to resolve the issue they have ignored all requests for a refund or exchange and have left a small business with a printer that we cannot use and they will not allow us to return even though it is under warranty. Highly recommend to stay away. Very disappointing customer service, will never go back or recommend based on my experience.

They didn't have it in stock and in less than 24 hours they had ordered it in for me, ready for collection.Website could use an update, but makes no impact on shopping if you know what you are after.Will be recommending this amazing store in the future

I order all our business stationary through Office national - they are always quick to deliver, and we sometimes even get some sneaky skittles in with our order. They have also been willing to go the extra mile and make products available on request if they don't have something we are after.
