First visit to puma Welshpool this afternoon. After it popped up on my fuel search app as being one of the cheapest diesel prices, I went out of my way to visit. Big spaces with diesel at multiple bowsers.Inside, at the entry were TV screens showing your cars number plate at which bowser. Great idea! Hopefully this stops runners. (But also great if you forget to check what number bowser you're at). Outside there's an Amazon pickup point, and a unit to get refills of bottled water for your water cooler. Lots to buy inside and a friendly staff member to greet you (and a discount on your fuel for rac members).

Not just your average gas station... This is a traditional Aussie truck stop in the middle of suburbia.Friendly helpful cheerful staff, great food (an awesome range, both for snacks and full meals). Even a decent selection of on-the-road" supplies...The ONLY complaint is the fuel price

Food is getting worse, lesser and lesser portions. Looks like the cook don't serve fresh veggies. Frozen veggies nowadays . Food is getting off sitting on the 'buffet' bain marie for more than 4 hours. They don't listen to unsatisfied customers because they are the only food stop in the area.

I used to tell everyone about the hot chips here, they were awesome. Hot, salty, big and crunchy.Now it seems they leave the chips out until they are a solid fatty, stale mess. For the couple of dollars saved you are losing much more.

Excellent customer service, driver can bring owns and ask them to do microwave. Good option for fast food even, reasonable prices, and great sitting area, I really like spend my break here, everyday. Thanks

Bad service because my partner was in the car waiting for me to pay at the counter the attendant ran out and accused him for not paying. He didn't want to listen to what he was being told ranting and raving that we had not paid. So they have lost a customer. Their service is really bad and need to get their facts straight before making accusations.
