Simple and effective and efficient service. But dont go when its busy if you can. they coped but we waited quite a while and timetable was obviously going to be effected. Staff where nice and crossing was 20 mins approx . Bus meats at terminal but again very crowded and had to wait for 3rd bis as others fillef up. Tip sit near ferries exit to be near front of bus queue.

Great local business. It's a little more expensive than Sealink, but they support the island community and we should all try to support them back.Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help.

At 7:30am I'm flat out talking, but the guy selling tickets for the Straddie Flyer was happy and helpful. I went over on the flyer with an open back deck and returned on the double decker which is more enclosed. Smooth trip both directions and within 1 min of the scheduled arrival/departure times. I don't often visit Straddie but the ticket pricing seems really fair given the increases to fuel costs.

Locally owned and operated water taxi service to North Straddie. The boat is pet friendly and there is a small kiosk on board that serves snacks and drinks

Very helpful and friendly staff. I felt safe the whole way. Ran on time. They have trolleys for people who have a bit of gear to lug over and the nice young man even put it on the ferry for us ladies!

Have a fat ebike with a trailer and the team at Straddie Flyers assisted with embarking and disembarking. Top notch service on a fast boat with a great price. Legends

A great service with friendly staff - they made our last minute sightseeing trip across to Stradbroke Island very enjoyable. The weather was good - sunny and warm (for up used to the Snowy Mountains temperatures)!

Nth Stradbroke Island,” the best hideaway”. I believe NSI is a fantastic Island. It has three main residential areas 1 mile Jetty at Dunwich, where the Stradbroke Flyer docks , just a hop skip and a jump to the Little Ships Club, for lunch or a quite drink in the club or on a beautiful lawn overlooking Moreton Bay. Or. Catch the local bus to Amity Point or Point Lookout. ($10. RTN). Amity has a few restaurants or eating places, not advisable for swimming (my option only) but a beaut spot to fish and laze in the sun. Or. Keep going to Point Lookout. Some of the most spectacular beaches, you could wish to see. Cylinder Beach. ( where. captain cook landed to refill his drinking water cylinders).marvellous beach for kids. Main Beach ,fantastic surf lifesaving club, Pub , Restaurants, bakeries, Fish restaurant, shops, beach resorts , appartments, but it is wise to book. Best beach for progressive swimmers, surf boards riders etc. The residents , the most welcoming people, will speak with you, nothing to much trouble. There are Tour Coys on the Island. They will tell you the History of the Island, show you the most amazing places, Brown Lake, Blue Lake, “Dunwich,”the History book on the Island. 1 day is not long enough. You can take your car across on the car ferry, but, if you don’t know the Island, you most probably just go from A to B. You Don’t need a car. Catch the Stradbroke Flyer Water Taxi across , only 20 mins and your there. $21.00 return ( at the present time) discounts for Seniors, Pensions, children and students, and Family tickets 2+2: the bus meets very Flyer and return to The Stradbroke Flyer Water Taxi. Beautiful day out, return on a beautiful, family owned and operated water taxi, where you can buy tea, coffee, beer, soft drink sit back and enjoy
