Just wanted a pedicure as I'm heavily pregnant and can't reach my toes.They accommodated and were very lovely....even allowed me to wait in the massage chair after I was done for my sister getting her nails done.Quick, efficient just overall great service.

Was extremely disappointed with my service here. Came in with family members hoping to get manicures and pedicures for our overseas trip. When showing the worker the colour I wanted, i was informed that it was too clear to which i understood. I was told that she had another shade for me that would be similar to the colour i was after. Whilst she was painting my toes, i noticed it was not the colour i was after. i asked if there was a way to make it lighter to which she replied no. i was dissatisfied but did not want to hassle the workers as my cousin, mother and aunty were still getting their nails done. When we were to pay, my aunty mentioned that i was unhappy with my nails and the worker told me that it would be a 15 minute wait for them to be redone. I thought this would have been free of charge as I was unhappy with my nails. When they were redone, I was informed I had to pay $70 rather than the original $45. This obviously upset us and we tried to work the misunderstanding out. The workers began to snap at us becoming upset and a customer decided to join in, starting a verbal altercation with my family. This customer begun cussing out my family and was behaving completely disrespectfully towards us. We told the workers we would not pay $70 for nails i was not happy with but they insisted. They told us that they could remove the nails they had just redone and make me pay $45 for the pedicure I received. After an argument between the workers, the customer and my family, I agreed as i did not want to pay that much money. As they were removing my shellac, I felt an anxiety attack beginning. Tears began to stream down my face with no empathy seen from the workers. Extremely disappointed and upset with my interactions in this store. Strongly DO NOT recommend and will not be coming back.

Got a full set last Thursday took 2 hours for full set lady buffing for over 45 minutes 30 for first hand set looks ok but left major gaps at the bottom of nail or three fingers looked like two week growth on fresh done nails fingers hurt for two day and now one week later in the night two nails brake washing dishes call in morning when open even if I broke them last night it’s been one more day then the week will charge $5 each nail fixed paid $80 for my nails to last a week and two days aching fingersGirlfriends got the dip one $60 took 45 minutes and they look good don’t know y mine that cost more took so long are so painful and didn’t last a day over a week will never go there again not friendly and I have partial sensory like bubbles under nails and glue under nails that has to be rectified and felt fully unwelcome and know they where talking about me

Get my nails done here all the time. Love it! Friendly staff and great prices. Can’t recommend Kim and Suzi enough! They do amazing work and are such nice ladies x

Rude staff. I asked some questions because they were speaking a different language as I did not understand why I have to pay $5 for a dodgy nail service. My shellac nail polish came off after 2 days only! So I asked why should I pay and the staff gave me a rude stare and asked what is my problem. I reckon it's normal for customers to ask questions! What is the problem with that?? Not coming back here!

Usually I would always get my nails done every 3 weeks but for the last 2 weeks, my nails would come off. I don’t know if there is something you had change but from when I started coming into beauty 4 life last year, it use to last for 3 weeks. Now it only last for one week. I just got my nails done last week and now I have to get it done again. Well looks like I have to find another place to get my nails done that can last at least 3 weeks

Customer service is poor. Extremely rude, when you ask a question they snap back at you. Very overpriced compared to every others salon at this centre. Seemed unhygienic as well. No soap to wash your hands. I was not impressed at all. Also do not like my nails as she cut them to the length I wanted, but then continued to file them down completely.
