From the minute i walked into Windo's beautiful showroom i had a great experience. Amanda's professionalism and service was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was a hassle and all of my queries were answered. I can honestly say i haven't experienced service like this in a long time. I'm a happy customer.

Have just had another blind (awning) installed through Windo. Same excellent service as three years ago - from Linda at Windo and from the installers. I emailed an enquiry one evening and heard from Linda the next day. Every step was just as quick. I went for the solar powered Evo. I'm very happy with the look and the mechanism. Linda's advice on colour was spot on. Now just waiting for summer, to enjoy a cooler upstairs thanks to the new blind, just as I've been enjoying a cooler downstairs since the first ones went in. I would not hesitate to recommend Windo to anyone looking at installing blinds.--My blinds (awnings) went in just in time for winter, I joked to friends. As it happened, they went in just in time for lockdown and working from home - they have well and truly proved their worth in cutting the glare on my laptop screen; and been super easy to lower and raise. I am looking forward to them cutting the heat come the summer - the intended purpose. I also had blinds installed on the front porch, for which people called me crazy. But I am really happy with the effect, both visually and in making the porch more weather-proof - opening up possibilities for using that space.Amanda was a delight to work with, as were the various people who organised and did the final measure and installation: all as the regulations changed around us from day to day, in the early days of COVID-19. I won't bother going anywhere else if I decide to add more blinds to the house.

All of the team from Windo have been fantastic. Amanda was always warm and friendly, kept us up to date the whole way and the final product was everything we wanted. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

Once the order was confirmed, they were very professional and efficient especially with all the delays experienced during lockdown. Their process, starting from consultation, to measurement, ordering and installation was quite precise and organised.Emma was really able to help us with choice of materials. She was intuitive with the end result we were hoping to achieve.Delivery and installation was smooth and easy. They were quick to respond and fix a minor issue. The product quality was excellent and very low maintenance. It was aesthetically pleasing inside and outside. It has certainly helped cool my place in this heat.

Emily visited the apartment and offered design ideas, using the latest technology, she is friendly and made sure we selected a product that was right for us and that we were really happy with the product. Emily followed up with emails and phone calls, even during lockdown. Windo called us to book in a time that suited us for installation, and followed up with a call the day before. Colin installed the blinds in a very short time and was obviously an expert at what he does. We couldn't be happier with the end product, the apartment is now warm and cozy and super stylish. The whole process was very enjoyable and seamless. Absolutely recommend Windo's products and service. A+++++++++

Had such a lovely experience at Windo. From walking into the store and being greeted by such friendly staff to meeting their decorator/owner Amanda, who was so helpful with every step. We are so happy with our end result in our curtains and blinds. Would highly recommend this business, they were so kind and helpful that my husband and I had to chose them! Glad we did.
