Incredible weird pricing.The Same knife same size was 20 to 45 dollars in different stores.And then when I came back to buy another one from the same brand they are 180$ upwards.There's no way that house is losing money on the knife I bought for 20$. So either the normal price is ridiculously overpriced or there's something worse

I came in to return a Rock frying pan that had separated from its base. This model has a ' Lifetime Guarantee '.Apparently this Guarantee is void if you apply heat ( fire ) to the pan to actually cook with ?!So , the first two ladies tried to give me the old spiel about ' normal wear and tear ' and ' not covered by warranty'.I finally got to speak to the top manager.You sir, are a gentleman and a true credit to the company you represent.He promptly and without further discussion , swapped the faulty pan for a new one.I didn't even have the receipt.I am a chef of 30 years experience and now I will continue to frequent your businessCustomer service WIN

I am not sure how they get away with not going refunds for items returned it’s original condition within one day of purchase with a receipt to show. How is this even Legal???? We have bought so many items from house shops all over and the first time we try returning an item because it was not suited the staff at house was quick to turn and even be rude about dealing with the refund. I would not return if I wasn’t locked into spending a voucher that they have forced me to getting rather than giving me the refund I should have got. I hope someone from House address this issue as a whole.

Had spent about 20 minutes choosing various items. Went to pay and when I placed my cash on the counter I was told no cash". Folks you are dead for me. What a poor service to force a certain payment on your customers. I will never shop in your store."

I walked in here to have a quick nose around walked out spending about $120.I meant I needed the items but if I didn't walk in now wouldn't have spending money.hot day this crush on $120 crapload of items which I needed all kitchen products frying pans pots cutting boards everything I wish that I required at a very good price.The staff are very friendly and the items were very well decent priced and most of them were special.

We bought a frying pan from this shop. We seasoned, didn’t use high heat and followed all instructions as advised, but could not fry anything without sticking. We returned it to the Innaloo shop after two weeks of purchase with receipt. The shop manager made a strange comment saying 'well eggs, they do stick don't they'. We pointed out that it was meant to be a non-stick pan and it was sold as such. She said that she was happy to exchange it for something else. After looking around the store we couldn't find anything in the shop that met our needs and asked for refund. Their response shocked us. They told us that the area manager needed to inspect the pan before refund. We pointed out to their store policy, which was on the counter, and the fact that they have acknowledged that the product was not as advertised, and the fact that they have accepted that, but it was like talking to a wall. We ended up ringing their customer service line whilst we were standing inside the store because they refused to help.. we ended up speaking to their head office who agreed that a refund should take place and called the store whilst I was on the phone to them standing in the store to instruct them to offer a refund. Still after all of this, no acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. In fact as the staff member serving us was very passive aggressive as she processed the refund.

5 stars for your products and staff - Naomi at the Innaloo store was friendly and helpful.However integration of online and store purchases should be considered - inconvenient that online purchases cannot be returned in store. I won't be purchasing online again.

Super disappointed, staff were very unhelpful and I left the store and went down the road to kitchen warehouse to spend my money. The staff there were wonderful!
