Gave us the wrong pass code to front gate. We're unable to be contacted all weekend.Left us in a compromised position while moving house.Very unhelpful and no empathy to our situation after paying a lot of money for a service they did not provide.Cannot stress enough advising not to deal with this company.

These guys have been super attentive and helpful as I relocated a house full of furniture from QLD to VIC. The initial storage unit I chose was too big and after chatting with them they suggested something much smaller and cheaper. The guy who checked us in was very patient with us. Very impressed with their professionalism.

Great storage facility, clean, easy access, goods lift for the upper levels which is great, trolleys there for you to use. Look out for any deals that might be happening regarding pricing. I found it quick and easy. You might have to wait for the goods lift if it's being used (ofcourse) - but no big issue. Also insurance for your things available at extra cost at reasonable rates.

Easy access, secure and a good location. Brakes on trolleys would be nice but hey, they provide them for you to use so no big deal!

After storing my furniture etc for 18 months & never making any late payments, trying to get a small refund from this company is causing much stress. 2 weeks later still waiting for my refund. Now told another 2-5 business days. Unprofessional & totally disorganised.Very disappointed with the company.
