DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS if you do not want to pay unneccessary monies for items under warrently.I gave them 1 star for service unfortunately there is not a score less than 1 star.Built a new house 6 months ago installed a rheem. Arrived home last night with a leaking rheem water heater.Rang after hours number. Very nice man requested my bank details before he could send a technician out. No urgency regards the gas leak.Requested a call back in the morning as I was not willing to give my bank details.Received a call from a very confused lady at 12h18.I already rung the customer service line at 10am.Rang head office. Everyone is working from home so no one can help

We have a rheem hot water system 2 years old that stopped working. Calling the emergency number on the unit Sunday morning Rheem could not attend until between 8am and 4pm TUESDAY. The plumber was here less than 15 minutes and dismissed the problem to be plumbing and told us to get an electrician. For this crab service they charged us $217.Don't call the number on your unit but call the local plumber.

I have given 1 star as there is not an option for ZERO. Do not buy products directly from Rheem. As the original equipment manufacturer they are 40% more expensive than retail. When questioned about the difference they said its just the way it goes.I will say the service technician and his installation was great but the sale team was appalling.DO NOT BUY DIRECT, way cheaper at retail.

Had a Zip hot water boiler installed in the office for 10 years once it failed we thought we would try a Rheem during the 1.5 years we had this unit it failed multiple times and now will no longer work Rheem Australia customer service were rude and not helpful in the last contact. Would not recommend there wall boilers or customer service in Australia. Have had to now get another Zip wall unit installed at the office.

Rusted Bottom part of the 250 L tank. Bad response time. Charges to call out to see the defective cylinder.I will strongly do recommend buying Rheems Hot water systems
