Beck always does an amazing job with my 3 year old Japanese Spitz Kobe, and has done since he was a pup. I am usually reluctant to leave him with anyone as he is so nervous, but Beck is so caring and gentle to every dog she meets, and is so understanding of the breed. I wouldn't trust him with anyone else. Kobe always comes home looking and smelling AMAZING, completely knot and dead fur free!

Beck is well and truly the best dog groomer in Melbourne.I have followed her from Caufield South to a few temporary locations and now her own Spitz Groom Salon in Carlton North. The care and love she provides to my babies are second to none. She is really the best in business and I cannot recommend her more.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Bec was incredible with our Japanese Spitz. We were so worried that she was not going to be happy getting groomed but Bec was incredible with connecting and communicating with her and managed to get very tricky mats out. She's a different dog! Also spent a lot of time giving us advice re grooming/washing.

We took our Japanese Spitz puppy for his first grooming to Spitz Groom and we couldn't have been happier. We always knew when we chose this breed that we wanted to take him to specialists of his breed.When we dropped him off, his coat was not in a good way with some of his puppy coat matted, knots and stains from vet visits - due to our inexperience, incorrect tools and Covid restrictions limiting our ability to care for him properly. But Beck was not judgemental like some places you hear of.Beck educated us, trained us in the appropriate tools and techniques, supplied us with the appropriate tools, and took amazing care of our puppy over 9 hours(!) of grooming, breaks, playing time and rest. Needless to say, he was a different boy on the other side!We will be continuing to take him to Spitz Groom for all of his grooming needs and are grateful to Beck and Spitz Groom for their care and service!

I highly recommend Rebecca and her team at Spitz Groom! I have being taking my very fluffy double-coated Keeshond there for over a year and he always comes back looking and smelling amazing, with all his matts and dead hair carefully removed. The care, quality and consideration they take is phenomenal.

So impressed with Spitz Groom! Even after a week, my boy's fur is still so soft, fluffy and smells like a dream. His paws are so cute and round, I can't stop staring! The matting behind his ears were brushed out as if they were never there and most surprisingly, when I went to pick him up he looked like he enjoyed it (can't say the same for past experiences at other groomers)! The service was amazing and I'll definitely be back again. Spitz Groom has earned my full trust and respect! What a high level of expertise from Beck and the team :)

Our darling dog gets very anxious/aggressive when being groomed. Beck and her team are very patient with him, and do absolutely everything they can to best support him to cope.

We are so happy with the grooming provided at Spitz Groom. Our Japanese Spitz Teddy started out really disliking grooming and trying to brush him at home was very difficult. Beck and her team have been so kind and patient with him and we’ve noticed a lot of improvement in his tolerance of grooming at home. He loves going to Spitz Groom and comes home from his appointments looking fantastic. Wonderful service and a really caring approach. I recommend Spitz Groom without reservation.
